The location could not be better. Walking distance to all of Beverly Hills. Staff are superb across the board, more than once went above and beyond; they make the place a must stay in my opinion. Easy, safe parking. Charming lobby bar and bistro. Very comfortable bed in a decent room. Quiet location. Unbelievable value for money!

Just a tiniest bit “shabby chic” and worn around the edges. I love it and would happily stay here again but if you’re someone who demands sparkling perfection, over the top modern decor and everything being brand new, this might not suit you.

The woman at the front desk- Phillipa was so helpful as were all the front desk people, but I mostly interacted with her and she was always friendly and helpful. The location is great- I was there for a surgical proceudure and it was close to the venue. Literally within 3 blocks. Lots of great spots to eat. And exercise.

The bar wasn't great- usuallly disorganized and the free wine didn't happen the night I actually went to have it. But kindly the woman at the front desk gave me a free glass when I got to my room around 8 pm which she didn't have to! The room service food was very mediocre- so I mostly went out or brought in take out. Also, I can't stand the scent in the lobby- it's really strong and I would never want to eat down there for that reason.

Nice small hotel, clean and people were most of them friendly. The location was good, maybe too quiet, but very close to all shops and one Starbucks

There was a constant noise in one of the rooms, (we booked 2) not sure if it was the lift, but very annoying. Everyone was friendly, Carmen and the gentleman at the bar. One of the cleaners however was not that nice.. a bit grumpy, maybe she had a bad day that day.. who knows

Perfect! Beds were comfy - early check in available and held our bags for us after we checked out so we could explore before our flight. Very cozy pool area … perfect for breakfast or a coffee

On arrival room 201 had a large carpet dryer in it. After it was removed there was a cowl smell on the carpet ( smelt like damp or moldy carpet) we advised the front desk and they were kind enough to move rooms for us.

The location was second to none, and it provided a first rate boutique hotel for the solo overseas traveler. This hotel is not to be overlooked when considering all your options for safety, convenience, comfort and price point. Staff could not do enough to help 10/10

Excellent Location, directly within Beverly Hills, around 5 minutes of walking distance to Rodeo Drive. The hotel itself is modern and really nicely made.

Parking is quite expensive with 50 dollars per night. There are some parking garages nearby but they mostly are not covering overnight stays. The elevator is quite slow and old.

Staff was very nice and helpful, courteous

I was charged $50 for parking, which is a fee that I didn't know about. The hotel has ample parking and I feel should not charge for parking. I was told that Booking.com was the problem. I should have been informed that there was a parking fee. In addition to the room rate, there were extra charges of Visitor Tax and State Tax, which were more than 100 dollars, too much!

Very kind, friendly, and genuine people: Philipa, Brian, Kenya, and Josh! There is one more person I forgot the name of! I stayed in this hotel for about 3 weeks. I kept extending my stay. The location is great. The hotel is clean. The coffee in the room was great. I would book this hotel again when I go back.

No food available after 9 pm but you could always do food delivery at any hour which I usually like more than food at hotels. But after midnight food delivery is only McDonalds.

The beds and shower are great. The room is well laid out. They have a coffee/tea bar in the morning and a free glass of wine in the afternoon. The live entertainment on Thursday was lovely!

We had to ask them to fix a loose faucet and we had a small ant problem, which they tried to fix but it's that time of year.

Lovely peaceful location on the outskirts of Beverly Hills. Walking distance to the Golden Triangle. Staff very helpful & friendly.

Family room on the small side. Local grocery / supplies a minimum 20/30 min walk away.
