The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had booked with a third party and did not go through. I met with Megan a few hours earlier to check in and see I was able to bring in food to celebrate my niece's birthday. From the moment I spoke to Megan (front desk) she was very understanding and talked me through what was happening. Megan took off the stress I was under and just turned the situation from a negative to positive one. Our stay was amazing and felt like home. I will definitely be staying here more often. Megan, thank you for being kind and empathic!

Just a simple one, one of the room cleaners came into my room while my family and I were still packing. Didn't knock, just used her key to come in. Just knock next time please!

Great location, friendly staff, very clean.

I feel like the property could have had a gourmet breakfast for the price of the suites they charge. Some of the fruit and sausage were still frozen. Breakfast was from 6-10am and when the food ran out at 8:30am they said breakfast was over. We had to go out to buy our own breakfast. Other than that, everything was very pleasant.

Super friendly - front desk person was speaking to us during check in. sometimes small talk makes a difference in greeting. plus, always smiling and asked if need anything be sure to let them know.

Pool was not available to use - due to an incident - being almost 100' degrees

House keeping, had to ask for cleading had to ask for coffee replacement garbage wasn't change when sacked for house keeping.

Staybridge has became my top favorite hotel in Manteca. The staff is so welcoming and have an amazing personality!

Had a great stay there for travel ball - very pleased with the hotel. Will definitely go there again when we are in town for ball.

Large room, great facilities including swimming pool and complimentary laundry. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Good value for money!
