Location and cleanliness

We arrived late while the night audit was being performed the front desk agent was not great at anticipating our needs or the fact that we just drove a good while and were looking forward to getting in our room to rest. That being said the last thing you want to hear when checking in at 1am is that we would have to wait an hour to get our room because the audit was running and she was unable to get into the system. This was more frustrating especially that I called around 11:30 PM to let them know we were running behind but were in route and would be there soon

Very friendly staff (both checking in and out). There was also lots of parking (front, sides, back). The bathroom had a good amount of room. There were many outlets. This was perfect as one was right next to the worktable. The television also swiveled. I loved this as I was working on the table, I was able to move the television if I wanted to watch a show.

I did not like the bed. It was a comfortable bed; however, it moved a lot. For example, if I sat at the foot of the bed, the bed would tip forward. I had to be cautious. I was a bit sad there was not any coffee machine with coffee in the room. I didn't really need it this time but I would have liked the option to be there and not have to go downstairs to request one at the front desk. It is the walking that is the inconvenience but it is the inconvenience that I would have to change into a different set of clothes to go to the front desk.

when I checked in, I believe her name was Vicky. She was the best person I had met in a long time with a great attitude, and she made me feel really welcome. She help me with all the needs that I had, and didn’t hesitate to offer more help. She made my visit a great one. Thank you for all your hospitality. The hotel was very clean the property even cleaner an all-around great atmosphere.

Clean. Excellent value. Spacious and comfortable. Great having the kitchenette with microwave and big refrigerator. Desk, table, and recliner chair were nice. Close to shopping and restaurants

The grab and go breakfast was very poor. Packaged chocolate chip muffin and instant oatmeal. Coffee. That’s it.

It was nice right off the freeway lots of food around it! It is also a pretty big room!

The room was a little bit dirty, my pillow had a small hair on it, but the rest of the bed was clean so it wasn’t something to throw a fit about!

Checking in with Rosie went very well, very professional, coffee ran out and she immediately got more, now checking out the next day, a different lady who was sitting down, I placed my room card on the counter, she came up didn’t even acknowledge me or asked how my stay was, just took the card and went back to sit down and continue with what ever she was doing

Clean, well kept and very comfortable; all we needed for our accommodations while visiting family

Did not have access to any pots, pans or dishes during our 3 day stay

The Location of this property was listed in a very good area, there were so many things to do (and eat) within walking distance and it’s situated right off the interstate.

Convenience to other facilities

people are really nice love that It A Laundry area located in facility and the location is great lot of stores and restaurants near by

I seen a few bugs here and there (Roaches ) but we bought bug spray it wasn’t bad so we wasn’t that alarmed
