The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and safe. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was controllable and effective. All of the outlets and lights worked. Mostly, it was the incredible staff members who made this stay enjoyable! Every smile and friendly word made a difference to our days there.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so moisture from showers and smells from the restroom filled the hotel room. Some family members used the common restroom near the lobby instead, and we purchased an air freshener to help with morning breath that would linger in the room all day. The toilet wobbled when it was being used.

The location was nice and the room was very clean! Having the fridge and microwave was a plus!

The breakfast wasn't the same as other comfort inns. We went on the early side one morning and later before it was finished the next day. Both times there was no sausage or bacon. There was only one choice of egg which was round with pepper cooked into it which my kid didn't want to eat. We only found toast and english muffins but no bagels. Compared to other comfort inns we have stayed at before the breakfast options were very small. I had to find other breakfast options outside the hotel both of the days. This was the only dislike at this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located next to a Wendy’s & was very ADA compliant for disabled & Senior guests. The breakfast was wonderful; fried eggs, bacon, 2 kinds of waffles, hot cereal as well as cold. They also have yogurt, muffins bagels & toast. Normal juice choices as well as coffee & tea. The pool & hot tub are indoors & looked very inviting.The beds were heavenly comfortable. The room was equipped with many charging stations choices for your devices. They have a small refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. One of the best perks to the rooms are the many choices of lighting.

The staff and cleaning staff were very polite and accommodating and understanding of my 2 autistic boys. I'm thankful we had a room on the main level as my kids will stomp because it's part of their stemming. The rooms were pretty sound proof which was nice to not have any complaints when my boys were taking baths and being loud and just boys. The cleaning ladies had no problem giving us more trash bags and towels and they were just so friendly. Breakfast was decent. Something for everyone! Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, English muffins, apples, cereal and oatmeal.

hotel has just been remodeled. it is very clean. the gym is a bit cramped, but functional. there is always fresh hot coffee available. breakfast is good. hot food each day and plenty of cereal, toast, etc. Nice outdoor seating with a gas grill.

The staff was kind and accommodating. The rooms were very quiet so sound quality seems good. The location was great for our purposes.

The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable and a few of the blankets had small stains that appeared to have been blood spots, like someone knicked themselves shaving and then sat on the bed. The free breakfast wasn't great, the waffle batter machine broke when I was trying to pour the batter out, nozzle popped right off. The attendant said it happened all the time.

Check-in staff were super nice. Good breakfast. The pool was decent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a great little city with a vibrant food scene. A nice start for our exploration of the surrounding parks.

No real complaints. The pool for some reason had missing windows, which seems like a safety risk for the property, but otherwise there really was not much to complain about.

I truly loved how pet friendly it was. Not only did the staff welcome me with open arms and amazing customer service, he also gave me a bag with treats for my pet. It may not mean much but after being on the road for hours it’s honestly the small things that made my day. Room was super clean and beds were comfortable.

staff was extremely helpful and kind. Motel was clean from the lobby, public restrooms and the rooms exceptionally clean. parking lot is lite very well making evening or night walking outside of building feel safe.

The parking lot needs to be a little bigger.

Michael at the front desk was spot on! Facilities were more than adequate, reasonably clean and comfortable. Value was excellent!

Hot tub worked fine, could have used a little scrubbing around the waterline. But then others joined and the water level went up. No problem!
