We try to minimize the amount of carbohydrates that we eat, so we did not partake any of the free breakfast food. The staff was very polite and the motel was very clean. We were surprised that staff even provided new linen and made our beds the second day. Apparently management is doing their best to upgrade the entire facility, renovating things like the swimming pool (so we did not get to wear our swimming suits). Staff quickly replace the batteries for the TV remote control. Having a small fridge was helpful (it even kept a pint of ice cream frozen!).

I liked the price of my 3 night stay. I enjoyed and appreciated the comfort and staff. I would recommend this Quality Inn hotel to others

My dislikes are the lounge area being closed off after breakfast and a couple of amenities were out of service . Reviews are used to improve a business not insult. I'm still recommending Quality inn Emmorton Rd as a good retreat. I mentioned my review to the front desk he listened to me, was appreciative, and said come back soon! I laughed and commented " I will but I need to have the ice machine near my room fully loaded 😂

Affordable since a lot of the facilities weren't in working order.

Indoor pool was closed whirlpools were closed air conditioners weren't working properly, no snack machines, expensive sodas and anyone can get in building without being a customer on side access doors, laundry room closed, for over 8 months, all mentioned above. Luggage carts not readily available or none at all.

Great location with many close food options and stores. the hotel lobby itself was clean but smells sorta like pool water. not a big deal i'm just sensitive to that stuff. the room was just fine. super comfy bed, i struggle to sleep at hotels but passed out quickly on this bed. shower was nice as well.

the tall lamp in the corner of the room didn't work. the vending machine in the lobby didn't work (i like snacks so this was a problem.)

Value at a great price... Quality Inn & Suites has very nice rooms, that includes comfortable beds well lighted bathroom, fridge, microwave.. I would recommend this hotel to others

It’s was clean and comfortable. In a great location being that it’s conveniently near the highway and plenty of places to eat and shop.

That their indoor pool is out of order. I was looking forward to swimming a little bit while I was staying there.

It was clean, conveniently close to the highway and my job. And the continental breakfast they serve every morning.

Seems like their pool and fitness center is out of order and they don’t necessarily know when both services/amenities will be available again.

Price was fantastic for the quality of stay. Room size great, comfortable king bed, spa bath, professional staff.

It was in a good location, easy to find and clean on the outside.

There was areas that wasn’t clean, like the second floor hallway. It had hair hanging from the water sprinkler system, how hair got up there would be a good question. Chicken bones thrown down on the Elavators, which my husband mentioned to one of the staff members. And they never got it up,

I had no troube checking in,' The front desk gentleman working the day shift everyday he would ask where were we off to today and if he was still there he would ask how our day went. nice breakfast great.

There wasn't anything I disliked. Every thing went fine.
