Close to downtown where the food truck festival was at that I was a vendor

I travel with an elderly mother who is walking impaired. Short distance she can use a walker but there was only one handicap parking space and all the other close spaces were filled so I ended up parking on the far end from my room and it was raining and had to use the wheelchair because that was to far for her to walk

Courtney was an incredible manager, always helpful and super kind. a real winner!!

the walls are thin, so that you hear other rooms noise and the rooms need urgently be renovated and better cleaned.

Very easy to book, great staff, large and comfortable rooms.

Not the fault of the owner but every night a set of guest set in their cars blasting music either in front of my room or near

Very comfortable room with very close proximity to the heart of downtown Aiken.

If they offered morning coffee. Or had a coffee maker in the room.

The room was a good size for the price

The toilet kept running and the ceiling has cob webs. And the Other guests MEXICANS decided it was ok to blast music at 1 a.m for about 30min or more!!

The price was reasonable considering that the Masters golf tournament was on . Parking was easy and the room was quiet.

The towels could have been softer .

There was no breakfast mostly because of the covid. I was with my sister I stay there every year I am a vendor at the Christmas craft show at the ho week center

People in office we're not very friendly but we weren't worried about that but just needed the room they did keep us up front which made us feel a lot safer

The mattresses are a little on the hard side

Needed more towels and bigger bars of soap
