The rate was exceptional for what I needed. Room was, overall, clean. The floor could have used more cleaning.

My room was located next to the stairwell, on the 2nd floor. The door, itself, did not have a hydraulic door closer. Every time someone used the stairs, the door would slam. The change machine, in the laundry facility, was out of order, and so are most of the drink machines. I had to put dollar bills into the snack vending machine, press the "return money", to convert to quarters return. The pool should have been open by Memorial Day weekend, but was still closed, a week later.

It fit the need. Could have been cleaner.

The room was just generally dirty. Grime in certain places and hair.

Location was good, bed was comfortable, bath and shower were spotless. Nice to have mini fridge and stove in unit.

Pillows were very uncomfortable.

I wish they had a shuttle bus service.

The representative was had excellent customer service experience and extremely knowledgeable of the hotel industry. The bed was very comfortable.

The pillows were to soft for my liking.
