Experienced overhearing an altercation with the evening manager and some people trying to check in - they had used a third party to book and there was only one room, they were expecting 3 There were some shouting and name calling and although they were assertive in trying to figure out a way to book the other two rooms (only one was confirmed and none other available) the clerk could have possibly assisted in finding an alternative location instead of taking it personally and exchanging strong words and language (helped me realize though, I had used a third party in booking.com, and will remember to call ahead to confirm in the future - I was fortunate in our room being booked and held, thank you)

I liked the variety of breakfast foods. Everything was really delicious. I loved my room too. I was VERY happy about the cleanliness, especially of the bathroom. I also love the Dove products that are available. I love the coffee maker and the bed too! And I felt safe there as a woman traveling alone. No one bothered me, no one bothered my car, there were no loud parties. Shelly @ check in and Sherri @ check out were both very lovely and sweet and very helpful.

I didn't care for the pillows, but I like firm pillows and have never stayed at a hotel that had firm enough pillows for me. This would not preclude me from staying here again! I also feel like the door/room could be more soundproof, but I don't know that there is an easy fix for this. Every time someone left their room and shut their door, it startled me & woke me up. But I have stayed in other hotels with this same issue, and it's not a big deal.

The room exceeded our expectations. First of all it was huge! The bed was very comfortable and the bedding super soft! The furnishings were great too. I loved the chez lounge for reading. So many lovely touches including the ottomans and the ambient lighting. Everything was updated and spotless. The bathroom shower was a walk-in and very spacious. The fridge and microwave were a very welcomed bonus. The staff were friendly and responsive. There was even a hot chocolate bar and fresh cookies waiting for us upon arrival.

There was coffee, ice tea, lemonade, cookies, and fruit available in lobby when we arrived. Comfortable sitting area in lobby Nice large room with comfy fainting couch/ chaise lounge.. Great breakfast. Nice size pool. Excellent shower size and water pressure. Plenty of convenient parking.

Dehumidifier in pool area was waiting for replacement and the circulating pump had problems.

The location and amenities are excellent we love staying there. The breakfast is always good and the staff are always friendly with us and our dog. The area around the property is great for walking dogs and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area.

Usually the beds are all very comfortable, but the mattress in room 228 has a broken side towards the window. That side dramatically collapses and can roll an individual out on to the floor if they get to close while sleeping. Some Asian Beatles were coming in the room from the winter. Other than that everything in the hotel was excellent.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Complimentary water bottles, lemonade/tea, cookies and fruit at check in. Nice breakfast including omelettes, sausage, biscuits and gravy among other items.

Was several minutes before anyone came to the front desk to check us in (seemed the motel is understaffed).

Everything was freaking except for parking.

Construction crew and thier people seem too be the only ones that had parking and when we did park one of the ladies watched our every move and even stood in the hallway window watching and it could have caused a problem but we jus went on bc we paid too park as well.

Beds, pillows, and blankets were soft and comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was hot and tasty.

We were on the same floor that the animal lovers were on. So, their howling and barking weren't the greatest. Had my ear plugs, though. So we got some sleep. (Don't get me wrong, I love animals)

This was a perfect spot as it was close to the event we were attending. Lots of food and stores nearby too. Staff was personable. Although she was juggling a lot during her time on. One lady show. She handled it well.

Shower was a bit dirty. Otherwise the facility and our room seemed clean.

The breakfast was good, but the flow was chaotic, Drinks just seemed to be in wrong place.

I had a dent in the right front light, that we did not see till we left the premises and no one called it out from the parking attendants.
