it’s clean. the staff was great when we got locked out of our room after breakfast. the door battery died?? we were locked out for about 2 hours. we were in the pool so when we noticed, we were soaking wet with 2 babies & no diapers, wipes, or milk for baby. i didn’t even have my car keys. just my phone & our wet swim clothes. it was horrible for us, but they gave us no compensation/discount for our stay.

there’s no parking space. we had to walk a far distance to get inside because of no close parking in the evenings. we were soaked in rain. they didn’t give us anything for locking us out of our room for hours with 2 babies.

We got there after traveling and finishing all morning got there at like 2:55 we was about an hour early and they just handed me the key and said your fine only complaint I have it be nice to have parking space for boats and vehicles we had to park away from the hotel on Saturday night when we got back cause no parking was left for us to get in

It was convenient

The breakfast wasn’t appetizing. Poor variety and the coffee was horrible. The eggs looked like small thin plastic frisbees. We didn’t eat breakfast there at all. Also found a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower rod when I got in the shower the first time. And yes, I’m sure it wasn’t ours. And yes, I did tell the housekeeper outside our door the next morning. Also parking lot and street could use a new coat of asphalt.

They had. everything ready on our arrival. We had indicated we would be checking in between 1 and 2 am and they were waiting with keys ready when we arrived at 2am. Just had to initial and sign and go to sleep.

The coffee is not the best tasting in the world. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was your typical breakfast, but the eggs and sausage was hot and tasted fine.

The room was spacious, CLEAN, quiet and comfortable. They had a large variety to choose from at breakfast, and the breakfast area was very clean also. Check in staff was very friendly and pleasant. I just was very impressed after a year of traveling more than usual. This was the 8th hotel I have been in for the past 6 months, and it was the most comfortable and clean of them all!

The sausage and eggs at breakfast were lukewarm. Would have enjoyed them more if they were hot

Pancake machine was awesome. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice.

Eggs good have been better. Needed outdoor seating and rec area for reading and relaxing. (There was no place to relax outside other then standing in parking lot)

I really loved the property, it was very clean, nice, and comfortable

I didn’t like the fact that they canceled my room the same day I booked it and when I got there I had to rebook at a more expensive price. It felt like it was a set up to get more money.

Cleanliness was great, friendly staff

Nothing was refilled in our room without going to the front desk (toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, conditioner), no vending machines/market, but the staff was friendly and accommodating when we had to keep asking for things.

Comfort Inn can be a hit or miss. I've stayed in some that I will never return to or recommend, I've stayed in others that I try to rebook any time I'm in the area. This is one of the really good ones. I will absolutely stay here again if in the Buckhannon area. The facility was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good with options for low-carbers like myself. But the most important thing about a room to sleep in is a comfortable bed and this location had one of the top 5 most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. So important! And so appreciated!

It seemed to be very clean. Breakfast area was neat and offered a nice selection of foods. Our room was nice and very clean.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The second floor was being remodeled and/or updated so the common hallway was only partially carpeted. But that was not a concern.
