The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful, and got us checked in within a couple of minutes. Check out was quick and easy, which made for an easy start to the morning.

There wasn't as much parking as I had expected, but I was able to find a spot. The barn-style sliding door to the bathroom is a unique design, but it doesn't offer as much privacy as a traditional door does. The charging outlets need to be updated from USB-A to USB-C since most devices now don't use USB-A anymore.

The hotel and staff were excellent. My issue had nothing to do with the staff or the hotel.

Problem upon checking in. Room that was booked on this third party site was not a room that existed. Very misleading with booking. Room I booked stated the unit has three beds. According to hotel that was non existing. Had to play musical rooms, and it took us three different rooms to find one that would fit our needs. Staff accommodated best they could with a very full hotel. Very disappointed, as we were arriving late since we are 6 hours away.

The design of the room and the bathroom was contemporary: Everything was uncluttered and comfortable and exceedingly clean. The hotel was quiet, even though it was located along a highway and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfy beds

The mini-split was so loud it was like being in a jet engine. There was also a blinking light on the sprinkler on the ceiling that never stopped. And I noticed this because the AC sound kept me up all night. Also, you have to register to the Wi-Fi and I don’t do that, so we had no wi-fi.

Room was very spacious. Bed was quite comfortable.Impressed with cleanliness of Hotel. Enjoyed pool and hot tub as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Also liked the checkout time at 12pm…we are not morning people! lol.

Wished there was a little more variety at breakfast. Maybe capacity to rent movies from tv would have been nice. Minor things.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in a very long time!! The indoor pool was a huge plus and was clean (although the chlorine in the whirlpool was a tad overwhelming), the room was spotless, the continental breakfast was top tier compared to other hotel chains, holy cow! I’m craving another omelette as we speak. I greatly appreciated the kind staff and the cleanliness. Overall this stay was perfect!

Only complain is there was dog poop on the sidewalk right outside of one of the side doors.

Our Room was exceptionally cleaned and santitized. Our room was close to the elevator. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disappointed there was no juice at breakfast both days. Pool and whirlpool had green water. We did not use this facility because unhealthy. Room above our Room was very loud and noisy at night. Difficult to sleep.

Convenient location to stop on way from Ontario to south Carolina. The front lobby and eating area are nice, and I enjoyed the hot coffee. Front desk staff was wonderful. We arrived after a 13 hr drive,exhausted . We had reservations through booking, but once we got to hotel that booking wasn't in the system. I was annoyed and exhausted. There was one possible room left. She was able to give it to us, thankfully, and As we had our kid with us, very greatful. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities, as we were up and at the drive again by 430am, but really enjoyed the fact they had hot coffee , tea and hot chocolate available that early! We had previously stayed the week before , with no issues, and no issues with the actual hotel this time either. Would stay again!

Breakfast was great

On arrival, we just got to our rooms and the fire alarm went off. This continued for half an hour or more. We all went down to first floor and a water sprinkler had broke and flooded first floor. Many firemen arrived but nobody knew how to shut off water pouring out of sprinkler. My husband had to show and instruct the firemen and hotel staff how to shut it off to stop the water. I was disappointed that the hotel did not say thank you or compensate us for saving them a lot of money and time in cleaning up all the water and mess that followed. He was good enough to help them and received nothing in return.

Immaculately clean! It was obvious they had a high focus on maintenance. Our room seemed like it was brand new. Front desk personnel were all very pleasant and helpful.

The only reason we didn’t rate it a 10 was we felt the breakfast offerings were very average.
