The facility and the room was very nice. I like that it had everything in one spot, bars restaurants and venue.

That it was hard to make reservations to eat. I wanted to try the steakhouse but couldn't. Also the buffet was lackluster.

I didn’t like being charged a Resort fee for one night stay.

The room was extremely clean and we were pleased to have such a great water view. The shower was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. Very pleased with the accommodations!

The air-conditioning unit seems to shut off with the lack of movement in the room at night and when out during the day. This caused the room to become warm and very humid. It was quickly cleared up once the unit started running but overnight it was a little annoying. Bar areas were packed Friday and Saturday night making getting a drink and watching the entertainment difficult. Saturday night it was impossible to find a spot at any bar. Would love to see another option for late evening drinks.

Your employee fatimah helped me retrieve my lost luggage from my bus ride she went above and beyond outside of her job to help me & I really appreciated that.

Room was large and well appointed

The Sebastian Maniscalco show was great, but seats were extremely uncomfortable. For $600 I expected something better than a folding chair. And staff at the show was rude - after the show they basically chased us out of the hall while 100's of people were still trying to get to the escalator in the hall.

Convenience of staying in same hotel as comedy show, Izakawa restaurant was VERY good (not sure why the steakhouse was closed though).

Room was not as clean as expected. There was broken glass on the corner of the bathroom countertop. Also, very poor lighting in the room in terms of reading or putting on makeup.

I liked that borgata is geared towards adults. My husband and I don't have kids, and so we appreciate the adults only Pools. The entertainment was great. We saw a great duo sing at one of the bars. The restaurants are topnotch too. We had lamb, oysters, lobster, and great drinks at The Olmstead. You really don't have to leave the facility. They have everything there. However, I will say that our hallway had a condom on the floor. That was a bit gross. Our room was clean, though. But, the mattress was not firm. But, other than that, we had a great time. Highly recommend if you don't have kids and want a resort experience at the Jersey Shore.

Hallways were a bit dirty. Mattress was pretty soft, not firm. Breakfast options are lacking.

I really enjoyed the size of our room. Initially I requested a King size bed but was told the King size bed was not available for an hour....Though I was disappointed, the queen size bed was sufficient. I loved the view from the room and separation of toilet and shower combo.... Overall the room was clean, view was beautiful.

However, I didn't care for the pressure of the shower. It could have been harder but that's a personal preference. I also didn't care for the stores closing so early. I would have liked the Wet Willie's (alcohol slushies) store to remain open until at least 12-1am.

Borgata has great amenities. You will not get bored. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from, swimming pools both indoor and outdoor, shops and souvenir stores at Borgata Retail Plaza and MGM Tower The Shoppes. I enjoyed dinner at OLD HOMESTEAD STEAK HOUSE. I enjoyed watching THE BURLEQUE SHOW at the MUSIC Box, which was highly entertaining. I loved my FIORE KING SUITE with deep-soaking bathtub and fantastic Marina, Inlet and City View, very spacious and with a big flat tv screen. I took a jitney from/to Resorts for only $3/ride. I had a wonderful and memorable time during my 3d/2n stay at Borgata AC. ((1st week of September 2024)

It was very clean and relaxing and the staff was great.

The only thing that I didn't like was we ordered breakfast for room service I got pancakes with strawberrys bananas and blueberries and whip cream well there was no whip cream and I only ate half of them because they were very mosey.My girlfriend had eggs Benedict and home fries we'll the home fries were cold and tasted like the we're left over french fries from the night before. But the worst part was it was 85 dollars and it was horrible. I was going to call up and complain but I didn't.
