Good location for our trip. Requested early check in and received it. I reserved a room online that said it had a pullout bed with a king and when we got in the room no pullout bed. We explained and showed the reservation to the front desk and they changed us to a double queen bed room w/o any issues or extra charges.

Location, Applebee's and the breakfast was good. Bed was great. The personnel with I engaged with were all very nice and helpful.

No hair dryer, water in sink seemed low pressure but these things are not going to stop me from staying in the future which is in my plans.

Was being remodeled but the rooms were done fresh and new.We checked in Friday evening and by check out Sunday the lobby was complete. Its gonna be really great when completed

The breakfast location was split up, but that was okay once you realized where the other section was at. Only one meat selection. Only one egg selection. Waffles and toppings had a lot of the kids there very happy.

Swift and easy check-in. Fran (I hope I got the name corrcet) was pleasent and efficient.

My tub in my room did not drain properly. There is not more disgusring than wading in standing water while showering. So I had to shower in sections, wet body, turn off water. Lather body, then turn water back on to rinse off & repeat.

Breakfast looked great.

Lacked vending machines. After a long day of travel, a little vending machine snack and a drink of choice would be appreciated. Parking was a problem as we were driving a 26' U-Haul.

The friendly staff was very accommodating and made us feel like a valued customer.

My key card didn’t work as it should have but the staff was there to correct the problem.

Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast selections.

The electrical outlets on the lamps didn't work, and the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty.

Everything! People were nice, room was clean and comfortable.

Elevator was out of service and a little dirty

Staff was friendly and kind. The entire place was very nice and they remodeling so it will be even nicer.
