The breakfast was good and plentiful and the location was good .

I didn't like the fees they charged me for my 2 small dogs. When I reserved the room I put in that I had 2 dogs, I feel they should have told me they didn't have any rooms available for pets instead of charging me 75 for each dog each day on top of the 150 deposit..which I haven't even got back yet. The hotel room was nice but I won't stay there again because I am not taking a chance of the same thing with let fees happening again.

Location great! Easy access into the room since we have a disabled daughter in a wheelchair.

We did have a dog and the person that checked us in was having a problem adding the dog fee onto a third-party booking which seem to fluster her as she didn’t know how to do that and we had to stand in the lobby for about 15 minutes and wait and in the end she just ended up leaving a note for the morning person.

The room was very clean. After checking in I found out I needed to stay the rest of the week and the staff was able to help me stay in the room I had already registered in which was very helpful as I have been traveling for work and had a lot of things to move from the car to the room. The hotel is also in a great location. Close to many restaurants and shopping facilities which made it a huge plus.

I loved how clean our room was. Updated. New flooring, fridge, microwave, and tv. It smelled fresh and very clean. Breakfast was great too. Very convenient to downtown Louisville. We came for a concert at the Kentucky Performing Arts.

Really, I can't say anything bad about the stay. The juice machine was out of order at breakfast but there was apple juice provided.

Rooms were pretty nice. Seems like things have been updated. Breakfast was excellent! My person checkin me in was extremely friendly...even at 12:30am.

Little bit of mold in the bathroom, and the shower curtain does not actually keep water in the shower because it's too short. The next morning as I was leaving I realized that there was a second building that is completely burned out. I'm glad I didn't see it the night before. It was a little scary looking.

I like that it was really nice Hotel, the only thing I was disappointed in was the charge they told me to pay of $150.00 when I got there that wasn't relatively to the stayed at the hotel.

They should of told you in the Booking on the reservation not when you arrive with a special price that you owe $150.00 besides the $380.00 for the room I

Room was quiet-I did not hear any other customers. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. My husband liked the breakfast. Complementary newspaper was nice!

Our heater was loud when it came on. My husband reported it to staff when we left. I did not care for the breakfast but I'm picky about my food.

At breakfast I had to wait a minute for biscuits to go with my gravy, but I certainly didn't wait long, and the staff was very nice all along. I was also told that the company prefers that individuals don't use Cash app card, but mine was processed. My deposit was also promptly returned later the next day(still the weekend); which was just impressive!

Room was clean and nice.

The lady at checkout was busy sitting in the lobby on her phone. Even checking out she was still on her phone. She did not know I came in to check out as I thought she were a guest. While eating breakfast a person came in to check out and found out who worked there.

I paid for a king size bed when I got here they did not have a room with that so they gave me two queens beds and I’ve paid a little bit extra for a king size bed and they did not even give me some money back on that
