Breakfast was excellent with wide range of fresh fruits, juices and other options like omelettes, cereal, eggs

Lunch and dinners were not great, food was repeated in the buffet everyday for lunch and dinner. There were no vegetarian options and it was very hard as we were a group of 34 and 30 of us were vegetarians. There was also no good southeast asian options (Indian food like roti-indian bread, rice, lentils, legumes).

Beautiful spacious room, great restaurant options for our all inclusive package, great water activities too!

very very large and loud. would have been nice to have more ambiance created with music on restaurants. Also would have liked more Mexican themed decor … felt too corporate, impersonal and cold.

The property was large with a variety of activities for all ages and was easily navigable

Unfortunately the beach areas were not usable, but the resort was working on repairing it. Thou not exactly the resorts own fault it’s an entire coastal problem with the sargassum .

Brekfast was good

The picture from the beach is not real. There is not the beach. The sea is not blue:(. I was really disapointed of this. The beach was absolutelly distroyed

Lovely facilities, really nice food - restaurants and buffet lunch/breakfast were amazing. Friendly staff. Great kids club!

Booking dinner in the evenings was difficult as had to book via the concierge and there was hardly any availability.

everything was very nice. the hot tubs saved the day because it rained most of our time there & pools were cold.

Beautiful location, good amenities, staff friendly and helpful. Also liked that they provided covid tests for traveling back to the states.

Charging for wifi

The resort and restaurants were all very good! The facilities are kept up very well the staff was very nice. This is definitely a family type Resort.

A lot of the beach had been destroyed from hurricanes and storms but they are working on building it back!

Breakfast was good in both selection and taste.

Only complaint was golf carts were going entirely to fast inside resort with all the small children around. I witnessed on 2 occasions close calls with children.
