I stayed one night with my girlfriend before leaving the next day for the airport. The room was great nad everything good. After returning from a week's vacation, I spent one night till leaving the next day for home. I DID NOT ask for an upgrade. For one person, for one night, the room was way too luxurious for my one-night stay. And I paid more than I did the one night the week before.

The way the cost was settled.

Everything was nice and clean the staff was very nice and friendly and attentive to all our needs and our rooms were spotless very Clean and the hotel restaurant was great very clean and the food was also great great prices and the restaurant staff were so nice and on top of things very attentive to everyone that was there I have Nothing bad to say Everything and everyone were Great very affordable to stay there there's plenty of parking and safe location close to alot of places to go Shopping, Eat , Pharmacy's, Markets this is the Perfect Hotel for your Stay also its close to the Borderline.

I like everything

I liked the hotel!!! Very convenient location. Hot water and a bath to soak in is what I missed in Mexico. And the gym is just a small room with a few flimsy cardio machines. There is also a sauna there, but it was cold( A huge plus is the polite reception staff, who allowed me to check in early. In addition, there is a mini coffee maker, a safe and a balcony.)

Most (if not all) rooms come with a balcony! Soft beds. Clean/modern bathrooms. Lobby was spacious.

The location is hard to get out of. It’s surrounded by two highways so you will need a car to go places. You need a car to get to the mall across the street, otherwise the walk is like 25 mins since you have to go the long way to cross the highway.

That it was close to the airport and a lot of restaurants to go eat. I loved the staff they were friendly and very courteous. I unfortunately forgot my toothbrush and they were able to give me a toothbrush for free. I will be returning to this hotel next year.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The staff was phenomenal and were very helpful. No reason to write about what I didn’t like. I hope someone reads this and can agree with me.

Near from airport and Otay crossing board. Several places to eat around. Comfy bed and room it has a pool in service for spring-summer, the billiard (70MXP/hr), the bar, restaurant.

The air conditioning speeds are very high air volume, it's not too bad just a little noisy

The receptionist was rude. He kept laughing along with another worker that was there because I didnt understand what he had asked.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, and stayed for only one night. You'll have plenty of space in your room and it's quiet for a good night's sleep.

Didn't get to use the pool or little gym room. Though the hotel's pictures of the equipment in the gym are not accurate. They should update these pictures. The rooms are dated.

We loved the location which very close to the airport and convenient places such as restaurants. The staff was kind and friendly. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Again, long waiting to check in. But this time, one of the beds had hairs and tiny rocks/ sand. Noisy guests in rooms nearby.

The breakfast and service were great.

I wished we didn't have to go outside for the restaurant and bar. I probably won't stay again ONLY because of that. I usually travel when its cold in BaJa to get away from the cold.a
