Food and service during breakfast/lunches in the main restaurant is the only moment. Namely, 1) no plant based milk available during the breakfasts (you should ask to bring to you table, you should ask a porridge to be cooked for you with not always good result); 2) the personnel is not professional (they quickly take out dirty plates, all other things depends on the person who serves the area). 3) very bad quality of tea and coffee for breakfast

We had many visits to Antalya, here and many different hotels... But this place is probably our best. If you want a vacation on a hotel: *with many pools and also easy reach to sea for hotel's sea dock with sun beds (just use the stairs down to sea) *walk distance to city's most trendy district for shopping or eating *with a clean and sea view room *famous jazz music spot and restaurants inside the hotel which locals prefer for cosy night outs (with perfect sea view) *nice and helpful staff all over the hotel starting from reception (special thanks to Mr. Mehmer Erkan on reception for hospitality) *fast service (we saw small missing dots in tv screen, called the reception, in 5 minutes they came with a new tv) *many sport facilities as tennis to sub-board or diving... rent a bike and there are really nice bicycle pads nearby to find the best spot for a photo of sea or sunset (our favourite spot is inside the hotel yard)

Everything about this property is good and recommended. GYM and the pools especially were amazing. Staff were very helpful, smiling and courteous at all times.

The hotel was modern and tastefully decorated, spacious and the grounds were stunning. We booked a sea view room which was luxurious and the sea view was amazing. The room was exactly as it was in the photos on the website and in fact the hotel was much more impressive in real life! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very enjoyable.

The room card key in the lift, which limited you to your own floor. It’s very unlikely that you would want to go to another floor unless you had a family member or friend on that floor. Didn’t think it was necessary but perhaps they had a security reason for doing this. They did however give my son an additional key so he could access my room as he was on a different floor.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. The staff were so lovely. The buffet food was nice. I would return to the hotel again, worth the money. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is beach front, but not to their worn fault the beach itself is not sandy, rocks and stuff. Just keep that in mind.

Everything this hotel never disappoints, I have stayed at Akra hotel 4 times this was my fifth time with my family I can never fault it , the service is amicable, all restaurants in particular Pablito is amazing food out of this world thanks for everyone again to make our stay memorable

During my stay at Akra hotel , I can attest that it is the best hotel in the Antalya area, if not all of Turkey. It is very modern with outstanding staff and service. The hotel has everything one could wish for. I highly recommend this hotel, even though I don't recommend Turkey in general. I will definitely return to the hotel for an amazing experience. The rooms were nice, clean, beautiful scene from the window to the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains . Everything in the room is five star.. however, it would be nice if the chocolate in the room was complimentary. Breakfast is amazing. It has everything you wanted.. but I don’t know when I worked the breakfast were not included .

The beach isn’t ordinary with sand, it’s Rocky and deep, but for me, I like it, I don’t think it will be safe for children. I just did not like the stairs., long stairs :) I have been round the world and lived in many countries , I am always nice to the staff , but I can tell you that the manager is rude, maybe cause I am Arab , he wanted me to double pay for the economy. Luckily, I understand that I paid fully from Booking including the economy.  some people might not know about and might double pay. When I was checking out I saw 2 Arab girls were shouting at the same manager, they were telling the manager you are rude and racist .

This is not the first time we stay at Akra, maybe it is the 12 time or more not sure, bottom of the line its our favourate hotel ever . it is amazing before the renovations and more and more after. Staff are amazing, Breakfast is amazing as usual. words are not enough to describe our experience in Akra. it is always a pleasure to be one of your guests.
