breakfast was good and started early enough

1. a fridge was unplug from electricity - nobody told me to look behind the fridge when I checked in, so I got unpleasant discovery next morning 2. there were no WiFi networks available in the room at all 3. indoor parking has very narrow parking slots - due to high number of guests on the day of my stay indoor and outdoor parkings were full.

Everything was perfect.

I booked this hotel in the month of April which was not quite hot but the room was a little warm and the AC in the room was not working properly. It would be very difficult for people in the summers if the AC is not functioning properly. Moreover, the windows were fixed so we couldn’t open them for fresh air either.

Although I have booked a smoking room there was not any window and it was really hard to stay Usually in Turkey the smoking rooms has balcony for this reason Except this the hotel is very good the the people very very polite and professional

Neat n tidy & breakfast was good

Cant believe the hotel didnt help with the baggage at all, even the bellboy didnt assist . In a hilton hotel, We had to carry all our suitcases n bags ourselves Had booked for a “smoking room” got a non smoking room

Everything was excellent, as expected, professional staff, clean rooms, without any noise or distraction. Breakfast was great. Parking was another plus.

A minor air conditioning problem, though managed professionally by the staff.

They changed towels and took care of cleanliness, breakfast was good, staff was friendly...

I took a non-smoking room, but room smelled of cigarettes, It was uncomfortable at first impression, I asked the staff and they changed our room!!!

the stay was awesome and exceed my expectation, the quality was in details. The apartments were just awesome

staff should know English better, not a cons of a stay, but as an area for improvement

Everything was very well, personal , location , private free parking , delicious breakfast. If you are in transit this is very good hotel to stay.

It is always good to arrive to a hotel chain and find the expected high-level standards regardless of what part of the world you are. Great stay in Hampton. Very convenient location when traveling by air or on a road trip. And thank you for the dessert compliment.

Good staff / Good room facilities / Good public areas / excellent soundproofing.

No safe in the room - at this hotel level it’s an obvious facility. It’s on a VERY busy highway
