We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with bath and shower, mini-bar and plently of cupboard space. Facilities were good with small but nice pool, sauna and gym, and other extras like a free video game machine and bikes to hire. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The only downside is the very industrial location between the port and the airport, but there's a bus that goes stright into Barcelona city you can catch from just outside. 10mins walk to the nearest Metro station (along an industrial street).

Shuttle bus is great and instructions are detailed - provided by message after you book. The ride from terminal to hotel is quite long - it looks close by only by the map. It takes about 20 min to arrive. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served before 6AM which is handy for an airport hotel. Did not use any SPA or gym facilities, so cannot comment. I've stayed here before and I would book it again in the future.

Room was facing the street and airport so there was some noise. Room service menu is quite limited and options are not light - cesar salad packed with mayonese and so on. Would be nice to have something also more healthy like bowls, Greek salad, fruit mix or something to be able to eat even late in the evening. This is airport hotel so people usually book it for late arrival or early departure.

A very good airport hotel. In the middle of the industrial area, but during the night, it is relatively quiet. With the restaurant closing at 4 p.m. and only opens at 8 p.m. bar offers pinchos. The restaurants and buffets in the vicinity are all closing around 530 p.m., when people who work in the logistic hub go home. The city is accessible with a bus or taxi. The hotel was clean and comfortable, all that you need before your next flight. Free shuttle to the airport is a great bonus, but from the airport to the hotel only runs from 6 pm. With taxi was a good 10 min drive and cost 23 Eur.

It would be great if the shuttle from the airport to the hotel would run in the afternoon too.

Good value for money. Close by the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids liked the arcade machine at the reception :). It might get frequent and noisy at night however this is expected when you book a hotel near El Prat. For a few days and a transit destination this is a fairly good accommodation!

The overpriced snacks at the reception and a poor dinner offering at the restaurant - not many options around on Monday and Tuesdays

This is a very clean hotel with a truly magnificent shower! One of the best we’ve had in the over a month we’ve spent in Europe. The staff was helpful, the swimming pool was wonderful, and the one meal that we ate at the restaurant was not only divine, but also had a very good price for the quality of the food.

Because this hotel is nowhere near the center, it cost us quite a bit in taxis to come and go and do the different activities we wanted to do. I should have done a little bit more research, I simply booked it because it was called “airport” and we had an early flight out. Not the hotel’s fault, definitely my own, but worth mentioning.

We stayed at this hotel to reposition to be closer to the airport for an early flight. It really exceeded our expectations. The facility was extremely nice and updated. We easily walked from the Metro. It's in more of an industrial area, but it has an amazing restaurant/bar so no need to really leave for a quick stay. We had a great 3-person room. The shuttle was right on time and quickly got us to the airport. We took the 5am for a 6:50 flight and had time to spare in the airport (note we traveled in Jan)

Our stay was excellent and met our needs. The staff were very welcoming and our room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. I would suggest purchasing it. Overall our stay was just what we needed for one night.

Our plane landed at noon but unfortunately the hotel shuttle to and from the airport only runs in the evening and morning hours. We had to cabify our ride from the airport to the hotel for $15. But overall it worked out well.

Excellent bar and dining room. Great (but expensive) breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful.

Common areas look dark and shabby - need painting. Rooms small. Great location for airport but nothing else around. The “suite” we booked was weird- one big room with no privacy door between the sleep area and the bathrooms. We requested and were given a regular room, but we were charged for the suite - ie - no decrease in price. Shuttle service does not operate between 12 and 6 so we had to pay for a taxi when we arrived. In retrospect I would have stayed in town and just left a little earlier for the airport.

We were given a warm welcome. We arrived late in the evening after having been picked up at the airport by the hotel shuttle bus. We were given vouchers for complimentary glasses of wine and complimentary cans of water were in our room- just perfect! The hotel has 24 hire access to the gym and the pool was open until late at night. The bar was a great place to relax. I'm so pleased we chose this hotel to begin our holiday.

The hotel does not really cater for holidaymakers. We also only used the hotel one night apts be the airport. The hotel is next to a very busy road. The temperature in the hotel was too high and the central air conditioning system could not be set inside the room. The one receptionist on our arrival was not friendly at all and just did her best to get rid of us. Be aware: the airport shuttle does not run from 11:30 to 18:00.
