On booking .com they display that they have 2 double beds, superior room, and price is high, and on check-in room like that does not exist However, on arrival. They resolved the issue immediately. The staff were very, very friendly and efficient Also on booking.co Breakfast price say usd 20 at hotel it's 30 spoke to manager amd staff who rectified issue and honoured what's on booking.com.kmmediatley after I logged in and queried advise given for them to rectify information on booking Com Overall.alhotel.staff and amenities are good Would.go back there

The staff were simply amazing! So friendly from the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave. I am definitely going to make this my permanent place to stay while on business in Zimbabwe

The pricing of wine is extremely out priced. People would enjoy more if the prices are reasonable. Charging $32 for the most entry level wine is not good at all

Set in its own well maintained gardens on the edge of the city. Relaxed space great for meetings. Comfortable well maintained rooms and charming helpful staff. Fantastic breakfasts and good evening restaurant and staff really make one's stay enjoyable. Great helpful local taxi service to and from airport and town if needed.

They rarely have any cash change in the coffee shop so you need an advance card credit. Reception also struggles with change due to limitations of US dollar. You cannot buy airtime for a cell phone on the premises and its a journey to find some!

Well laid out room, good variety for breakfast, vegetation/green at the hotel which was quite refreshing, helpful and friendly staff, location was also quite good being away from the city center

Quite pricey room rates and very limited and expensive transport options to and from the hotel if one is to move around

I frequently choose Cresta Lodge for the comfort, convenience and quiet location. Service is consistently good and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

Menu options are a bit limited at Chatters Restaurant. Some variety will be nice especially for guests staying a few nights.

The location of Cresta Lodge was in a prime commuting area. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean, with great facilities in the rooms and around the hotel itself; pools, a cafe and restaurant are all located in the hotel, with a very efficient check-in and out process.

The room we stayed in was susceptible to noise from other guests coming from both the hallway and the outside. We also found the adjacent resteraunt to be a little over-priced (approx £25 per head) for a small buffet option excluding drinks.

Cresta went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met. When I needed to extend my stay, they were super helpful and fair. And everyone is so friendly. I’m definitely coming back.

Service at the restaurant our first day there was a little slow but the rest of the time it was good.

The location is great, and nearer to the airport. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and they take their work and customers seriously.

Not anything I can think of. The facility's rooms have improved a lot. Obviously the rooms were renovated since the last time I used the Cresta Lodge Hotel.

One lady who serving dinner/ supper yesterday was not enjoying her job and she made that clear even to customers. She was very serious and did not answered questions with one word answers-not impressed considering she was serving food.

The Cresta Lodge is my go to stay in Harare. It is comfortable, the facilities are good. I’m a frequent visitor.

The location is far from town so one is reliant on eating there which can get expensive. It is getting tired and could do with some regular upgrading. But these are minor compared to a great place to stay
