I loved the comfortable beds - staff from every level made you feel like family! Breakfast was great especially the omelette! - the shower was superb and I'm so happy the Aircon worked so well. I loved the fact that the room had all I needed, fridge, iron etc. Will definitely stay again. Honestly worth every penny.

The only thing was one day when I was given rotten milk for my tea - i didnt drink it. It only happened once and was out of character but care really must be taken

Very nice and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and very helpful staff. The rooms have DSTV and there is also a nice swimming pool. The restaurant also has a number of vegetarian options.

I felt like the vegetarian food at the restaurant was sometimes lacking an adequate description. I ordered a casserole, but this was actually a curry and the spaghetti dish I could was definitely not penne all’arrabiata as said.

We arrived early, but the hotel had us in our room by noon, and let us use their internet while waiting. Easy walk to the National Gallery of Art and many local restaurants.

Breakfasts were outrageously expensive. We never had breakfast in the hotel, preferring the Afrotopia Cafe in the National Gallery or the doughnut shop across the street. Our airport transfer was a wild ride down dirt sidewalks on the wrong side of the street. Cost the driver his tip.

The staff are super friendly and clear. The breakfast has a large selection. If a picky eater, you will get something for you. The gym is excellent and the trainer helps were needed.

Just abit of noise coming from the street. But it dies down into the night.

The lady at the reception was very amazing forgotten her name but she is light skinned,,you did a great job hiring her she’s good at it

The quality of videos playing on your tv very very poor for someone paying that amount they should be able to watch their tv and enjoy.

The staff and service are exceptional!

The only challenge I had was that I had a room facing the main street and it was quite nosy to late at night with people walking by and conversing loudly to the early hours of the morning. I have made a note to self to request a room facing the back of the property, away from the main road at my next stay.

Nothing! Only that when I was checking in some of your staff were talking about their private life and jokes but when you say it, say it in private! It wasn’t good for our ears

The breakfast was good, fairly extensive with a good selection for any type of food.

The rooms has window air conditioners, bath facilities could have been a bit better, restaurant menu for meals is not great

Location and cleanliness. The property is in the city and offers a comfotable stay. Rooms are big and offers a work table, fridge iron box.

Rates slightly on higherside Breakfast and dinner has less vegetarian options, and no Indian items
