Staff were exceptionally good. Hotel was clean and restaurant food was lovely Reception staff and waiters in restaurant were very good

Poor breakfast and very poor service at breakfast. No bar snacks at poolside ( only restaurant menu) and location meant no shops nearby Private Beach wasn’t very nice

High Standards of the services. The hotel looks amazing and the quality of the services is exceptionaly. As there were few toursits we had the breakfast a la carte and they brought us everything that we asked. The products were very qualitative and they looked very appealing. The coffee was really good.

It is true that because is was out of season the beach wasn't looking very inspiring, but we were aware since we booked.

Nice hotel with extremely kind staff. The building is new and nicely built and the service is almost exceptional (at least employees try always their best and walk the extra mile for you). Our first room on the ground floor looking at the road and partially the sea was noisy but we got a suit for free the second day. Pool is cool with free towels and beds so as the private beach. Each has own bar. You have to cross a road and a parking place though to reach the beach.

Kind of disturbing that at the restaurant’s terrace people can smoke next to you when you eat your breakfast. Also there are not to many opportunities for children beside the pool. A playground and maybe a corner in the restaurant with toys would be nice. Drinking water should be provided for free too. It was kind of strange that the little gym cost 10 euros, usually it is free.

Great location along the main strip for all the new bars and restaurants. Spotless clean, lovely staff, nice pool and comfy sun loungers. Near the small beach and Charlie max restaurant. Nice rooms with really comfy beds

There was nothing I disliked. M only suggestion was that the gym and spa are you had to pay additional charge. Which was a shame as we were really looking g forward to using them. But having to pay £10 for a few hours on top of price put us off. It does say it on booking com but not until you really look down the wellness section you can see you have additional charge. I would worry to pay for treatments but not sauna and juzzi.

Great staff and lovely rooms. The receptionists were fantastic and very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come back again.

The breakfast restaurant options could be better, breakfast was offered cold but the staff reheated it for me. Apart from the reception staff who were great, some staff often ignored or didn’t listen to orders when purchasing food (at the pool or restaurant upstairs) it seemed like no one wanted to work or do their jobs. (Lazy) for example, we went to the restaurant every day multiple times a day but were only served by 1 person every time despite other waiters being there and not doing anything.

The property was very modern, very clean and the staff were very helpful. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them. We had a day out one of the days and subsequently were up at 4am. They sorted us out a bag with a breakfast selection in it. The restaurant above was amazing and the pool had had a good menu and some gorgeous cocktails. The hotel had complimentary toiletries and had a beach towel service so you could get fresh ones each day.

The property was quite a walk from the shop. Obviously this isn’t the properties fault but just something to be aware of if you don’t have a car and can’t walk far.

The hotel is new and well maintained,the food is literally amazing and the staff is super nice and welcoming! We really enjoyed staying here and I hope we will return soon! We had a problem with the reception regarding the taxi to the airport but even when we left the hotel they were nice and solved our problem through WhatsApp. A really good service and a good customer service. Breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was the best in all Durres! We have tried other restaurants too but nothing to compare with,definitely. They also helped us with my birthday cake and it was delicious. The SPA was also great and the pool comfortable. I travel a lot and I can definitely and sincerely recommend this place.

I think they should not allow people to occupy all the sun beds in the pool if people are not staying at the pool,because it’s hard to find a place even if the pool is empty, because people leave towels and then they go somewhere else for hours. The beach is cool but a bit chaotic because there are also external people coming and the traffic in the area is crazy,but nothing that can ruin your holidays. I do appreciate that the hotel staff has always listened to reviews that clients have left and they always try to do better so I am sure they will take in consideration my review also.

- The hotel was obviously very new, well maintained and very clean! - The room was spacious and the walls thick. We could not hear our neighbours at all. - The pool area was good and the pool temperature was perfect. - The sun loungers were comfortable. - We also had the best massages of our lives in the hotel spa!!

- The location is not the best. - Even though the walls in the rooms are thick, the windows are not. Someone had rented the hotel pool area for a birthday party and the music was loud in our room until 1 am. Other rooms are facing the club on the opposite side of the street and I would guess they would be noisy every night. - The service in the pool restaurant could be better and the food varied a bit in quality. Some was great, some wasn’t.

The staff was nice and most of them could speak very well English. Breakfast buffet wasn't much various but had quite good options

The hotel is not fully finished (some parts are in construction) and the staff isn't completely organized. It seems impossible to get any kind of food (besides crisps) by the swimming pool, having snacks there could be a big plus

A really beautiful and luxurious hotel. I loved the contrast of the modern design and the greenery. The reception ladies were lovely throughout my stay, friendly and they organised cake for my birthday, which was a nice touch.

Breakfast was slightly underwhelming. It was not hot on both mornings I went and the fruit juice was more like cordial rather than actual fruit juice.
