nice hotel, room comfortable, everything very clean. our small dog was welcomed. nice view from the window. the hotel is very close to the beach. parking in the hotel parking. very kind and helpful breakfast manager (the missing food on request he added quickly).

our minuses does not about the hotel, but it greatly affected our stay - many construction around (noise and dust), but it's not that bad. Worst is horrible dirt on streets. Sometimes it's an unbelievably awful mess. Also arround the monuments that the country wants to register in UNESCO, like amphitheater. The only exception is the main square, that is clean. And the biggest disappointment was the beach. It is unusable for beaching. photo attached. We have to mention that a bit further from the hotel you can find slightly better places, but we didn't go into the water after what we have seen..

the staff were very friendly upon our arrival. the guy at the reception upgraded us for free as there were some free rooms available. the suite room was just stunning with breathtaking views to the sea. spacious and cosy. we felt better than at home. the location is great, just one minute walk from the amphitheatre and the old wall and in front of the promenade.

there were many mosquitoes in the room but it was out fault since we left the balcony door open for a few hours.

Hotel very well located, right by the seaside promenade. The hotel is old and needs to be refreshed, but the difficulties are compensated by the fantastic, helpful staff :) Breakfasts are acceptable, but could be better - especially the coffee. If you want to stay in Durres for 1-2 nights, I recommend it, for a long stay it is not suitable.

Elevator, corridors need refreshing

Great location. (It is the other side of the port from the main beach, but really near to the old town with its sights, restaurants, etc, and some smaller beaches.) Nice room with seaview. Single room - refreshing that a hotel caters for solo travellers! Good buffet breakfast.

The sea view was amazing. Room with air conditioning and all the basic things you may need. The Hotel was very well located. Many restaurants and nice beaches at a walking distance. Beautiful sunset from the beach. City center is also very close. 10 minutes walk to the amphitheater

I don't have much negative feedback... breakfast was normal, but cold improve with more variety. TV was not working properly, no channels.

Everyone in the staff of the hotel was super nice. We were very well welcomed when we first checked in. It was the same thing during the whole stay, no matter if it was a new person we encountered at the reception or in the hotel, everyone was friendly and was going above and beyond for us. On top of that the room was beautiful and the view was perfect.

N9 balconies and no pool area

Very welcoming staff. Great parking at the hotel. Very spacious room. Fantastically cool bar with much needed gin and tonics. They loved our dog

The room was too big for the air conditioning unit to cope with and the mini bar fridge was not very cold. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL, but we got food poisoning eating in the restaurants on the seafront. Highly recommend eating in the hotel!

Excellent choice of hotel! Excellent location! Right near all the attractions and great restaurants, harbour etc. Very good breakfast and bar with outside veranda. Has off street safe parking, a lift and a massage chair in the foyer!

Nice location

First room A/C didn’t work, second room wasn’t tidied up and cleaned (bed was a mess and there was stains in it). 3rd room was nice. Just irritating and very tiring having to change rooms so much with a toddler at 4 AM in the morning
