nice hotel, room comfortable, everything very clean. our small dog was welcomed. nice view from the window. the hotel is very close to the beach. parking in the hotel parking. very kind and helpful breakfast manager (the missing food on request he added quickly).

our minuses does not about the hotel, but it greatly affected our stay - many construction around (noise and dust), but it's not that bad. Worst is horrible dirt on streets. Sometimes it's an unbelievably awful mess. Also arround the monuments that the country wants to register in UNESCO, like amphitheater. The only exception is the main square, that is clean. And the biggest disappointment was the beach. It is unusable for beaching. photo attached. We have to mention that a bit further from the hotel you can find slightly better places, but we didn't go into the water after what we have seen..

I have stayed in many hotels all over the place, but cannot recall many other hotel staffs being quite so helpful. They were exceptional: they did everything I needed, and more. They sorted airport transfers (which were on time, quick, and good value for money). I needed a desk in my room, so they gave me a different room with a nice big desk. They arranged food for my room when needed. Everything. They were also all extremely pleasant and friendly,

Hotel Arvi doesn't look special from the outside but inside is a whole new story... Excellent quality of decor with amazing comfort & quietness in the room, close to the sea & the town, no complaints at all. As for the staff, they were outstanding!! So friendly & helpful in every way, they all work hard to make guests feel welcome 💙

The staff were absolutely superb. I was on a multi week endurance race, and was quite cranky when I arrived. However, Jerica (at reception) and the male bartender on duty went out of their way to be kind to me. And the same thing with the overnight male reception staff. The air conditioner was also great. The room was very clean. But best of all the staff were super nice and caring.

the staff were very friendly upon our arrival. the guy at the reception upgraded us for free as there were some free rooms available. the suite room was just stunning with breathtaking views to the sea. spacious and cosy. we felt better than at home. the location is great, just one minute walk from the amphitheatre and the old wall and in front of the promenade.

there were many mosquitoes in the room but it was out fault since we left the balcony door open for a few hours.

Hotel very well located, right by the seaside promenade. The hotel is old and needs to be refreshed, but the difficulties are compensated by the fantastic, helpful staff :) Breakfasts are acceptable, but could be better - especially the coffee. If you want to stay in Durres for 1-2 nights, I recommend it, for a long stay it is not suitable.

Elevator, corridors need refreshing

Delux room was good with nice view and balcony. Location was right next to the walking beach and restaurants. Staff was helpful as well.

Lights in the room were very dim. Breakfast was very basic , they could have added some bread with toast.

Great location. (It is the other side of the port from the main beach, but really near to the old town with its sights, restaurants, etc, and some smaller beaches.) Nice room with seaview. Single room - refreshing that a hotel caters for solo travellers! Good buffet breakfast.

Nice staff, helped with the transfer from/to aeroport.

Breakfast was boring, there were not many options. Beach is located close to the hotel, but is very dirty

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area and close to local attractions. Room had good air con, mini fridge, sea view, comfy beds
