The room was perfect. Big, very clean. Bed was comfortable. I didn’t expected much, but everything was perfect. Breakfast simple, but really good. There are shops, restaurants next to the hotel. Also you can see sea from the balcony. Wifi was working perfect all days.

The area is not good for beach lovers. There are some private small beaches, but you have to pay 7 eur for a day for using sun bed and umbrella. There ar no public beaches were you can just lay on the sand.

Breakfast was included in our stay and was basic but excellent (cold meats / cheese / eggs / local pastries / fruit / juice / tea / coffee). The reception and breakfast staff were fantastic. We booked a suite and although a safety deposit box was not in the room, once requested at reception it was in our room that day. The beds were very very comfortable. Money exchange, supermarkets, local shops and the beach are a short walk away from the hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel (apart from breakfast), but restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. The hotel does have a bar (beers/wine/soft drinks/local firewater/coffee) which we had a couple of drinks each evening returning from the restaurants. The weather unfortunately was not great whilst we were there (most of Europe experienced storms), but the staff (especially the gentleman who worked the reception/bar most evenings) were fantastic and we were served straight away for our night caps and the 3 ladies from breakfast were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Very nice and welcoming staff all around. Most spoke english pretty well (the younger the better, no surprise), but they all were ready to give service when needed. Staff always around if you needed any help.

Wifi connection was unstable and could be gone for hours... at least it worked consistently well on the restaurant and lobby floors (0 and 1st floor). No practical info letter in the room - but you could always ask for check-out time, breakfast, etc.

Staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast, coffee . The girls at reception and breakfast time are amazing. My room was cleaned every single day , every single day new towels. The night shift boys are very friendly too and make you feel that the hotel it's very safe Cross the road it's a choice of beaches and coffe shops and restaurants I recommend strongly

There was nothing witch I didn't like

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies came everyday to reset everything and put clean towels and refurbish the toilettries. Hotel is very close to the beach, yet very quiet during the night if you need to rest. The bus stop is 100ft away, so very convenient to bring you in other parts of the city.

Internet in the room sometimes was weak.

I loved this accommodation. They were so easy and flexible to book with. A previous booking I'd made had cancelled on me at the last minute, and the Hotel Nais Beach was able to book me in for two nights on the same day. I arrived late at 1am due to a delayed flight, yet they were still open 24 hours to welcome me and check me in. The service was super friendly, particularly Brajan and the lovely girl working on the breakfast shift. The room was very cosy and spacious, and I loved the two balconies with excellent views towards the sea. I also appreciated having a fridge in my room, and the breakfast was copious and delicious. There was particularly excellent coffee! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The hotel is clean and the location is close to the center and the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and exceeded my expectations. Тhe room is cleaned every day and towels are changed, and of course the cleanliness in the hotel is at high level. Payment by card is possible. One of the few accommodations in Durres that fully offers heating in winter.

Тhe breakfast is average, there was not much choice maybe because it was not the season. (It is negligible in addition to the kindness of the employees who are responsible for the breakfast). The private parking is small and this could be a problem if you don't book parking in season (we had secured parking and were very grateful for that).

Great place, excellent location and kind and helpful staff. Free parking, comfortable and clean rooms, large balcony with a stunning view, functional AC units in every room, great choice of TV channels and (even though it isn't listedl) FREE BREAKFAST.with a really great choice of food and drinks! My strong and sincere recommendation! 😊

The rooms need renovation - there was falling paint, dirt, and mold on walls, ac worked in the sleeping part only, electric socket fell out of the wall

- Very close to the beach. - The beach itself is ideal: despite being relatively close to the Durrës port, the water was clean and it is not deep. Excellent for coming with your kids! - Restaurants and promenade very close. And the choice is enormous! - Good breakfast - Our apartment had a small view over the sea, which was nice :)

- We asked for a double bed. However, they gave us two single beds ... Without this mistake, the mark could have been even better. - The car park is very small. We were lucky enough to get a spot, but you must take this in account if you are coming by car. However, we saw very expensive cars parked on the street and nothing happened to them. - The air-conditioner in our room was O.K. However, the air-conditioner at the entrance of the apartment seemed to be tired of its life …
