It is really nicely decorated and located on right position. Walking distance to the sea as well to the main street. I like that around it we could find also nice spots to hand out and enjoy a coffee. The staff was friendly as well. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. I like the elegance and general atmosphere. I wish they served coctails at top of the hotel.

The only thing that would be a good addition is parking. We couldn’t find a public one abatible close to it, so they allowed us to park right in front of the hotel. It was good for our convenience but I wish we could park our car somewhere else, so it doesn’t bother other guests when they are entering. Otherwise, no bad things. You should book it definitely.

From check-in to checkout we had a marvelous stay. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and very classy. The room was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The room was a very good size with extra seating areas and a nice desk area. Full length mirror and a tooth brush holder which is always nice! The breakfast was great and there were plenty of choices. There is a roof top bar and the downstairs bar was plush. The location was perfect, short walks to beach and attractions.

We had a super nice holiday thanks to the thoughtful staff. Our suitcase had not arrived with us at the same time due to an error by the flight company. We were also not sure if it was at the airport the following day. So that was quite stressful and then the staff offered to drive us to the airport to see if the suitcase was there. Finally found it and immensely grateful. We got lots of great suggestions from the staff to go to. The staff are immensely nice and are very committed! The hotel looks beautiful inside and out! Besides, it's cool that you can also go to the rooftop for drinks (cocktails) and socialising. Breakfast in the morning is tasty and up to expectations. The room is clean and the air conditioning works very well, so it's always nice and cool. The rain shower is nice to rinse the seawater.

Breakfast was fantastic. You fill out a checklist of what you want for breakfast and at what time range, they know when you are in the breakfast room and will bring it to you. The choices were plenty, with cheeses, cold meats, eggs, yoghurt and fruits, breads, juices, coffee, tea, etc..

A fabulous holiday from start to finish, a beautiful hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. The rooms are amazing with fabulous views.The location of the hotel is lovely, a short walk from the beach.I would definitely recommend Envy hotel.

the location is great, the room size and bed size are good. everything was very clean and new. the staff was polite and helpful. the internet was good. the shower pressure was good the AC was good and silent.

the breakfast was not the best because we personally prefer a buffet rather than having it served based on a menu this is because we travel with a small baby and his patience is very limited so having a buffet would have made things faster for us. in any case the food was good.

Room was gorgeous (especially the bathroom!) and very clean. Staff were super helpful and the customer service was fab.

The hotel is in a great central location and perfect for getting around the town. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

The location is nice， near to all places we wanted to see. Rooms are beautiful.

The hotel has not parking， and it is almost impossible to find a free parking nearby. I finally found a parking place which I paid 10 Euro for overnight.

The Hotel is nicely situated and is very close to all sightseeing sites. We came late at night and most of the restaurants where closed. Nevertheless, the owner managed to organised dinner for us. Thank you again for the help , we appreciated the stay and will come again when we visit Durres
