Lovely people, comfortable room and very clean. Location is perfect, it’s in old town. The guy was super friendly to help us with the laundry, tips for Gjirokaster and we had a very warm welcome after a challenging walk to the hotel. He offered us fresh water and sweets. They’re also super sweet to the stray cat and her 3 babies, you can tell how sweet they are by how they treat the animals ❤️

Every think very nice in the room except for the bed which was too soft for me. Lovely and welcoming owner. Free parking in p-basement ( no hot car in summer) in nearby parking facility. Good continental breakfast w. Coffee, tea, milk, Egg, cereal, fruits, bread, jam, honey, cake etc. garden vits a picturesque view. Central location in old town near shops, cafes and the castle.

No soft light bed lamps.

Everything was well kept and extremely clean. The bathroom was brand new. It has a central location and is convenient to everything. The courtyard is beautiful with a great view

The only downside is that it's close to the bars so on the Saturday night that we stayed, the music could be heard quite loudly from the bars down the street. It wasn't a big issue for us since I travel with ear plugs for sleeping. I would recommend that others also bring earplugs just in case.

Everything is great about the property. It is in middle of old town. Parking is close (though for a fee). the room was clean with good AC and Wifi. The breakfast was good.

know before you book that outside this place is very loud (dance music) till midnight. It is not fault of hotel but it exists. If you like to go out or can sleep through a club no problem. If you like to go to bed early maybe not place for you.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Location is right next to the main bazaar and old site center. The hotel decoration is based on traditional Gjirokaster design.

Make sure you communicate drop off location few days before with the hotel. Google maps does not bring you to the right location. Gjirokaster is very hilly with narrow cobble stone roads. Some roads are closed only for pedestrians and you might end up carrying your luggage up steep hills. Hotel owner/manager Gent is super friendly. He is able to give you clear direction on how to come to hotel and drop of the bags before going to the car parking nearby.

Fantastic little family hotel right in the center. You step out right into the bazaar full of life and places to shop and eat, but the hotel has a lovely terrace facing away towards the valley, with sweeping views and quiet. The hosts are very very nice, helpful and kind. The rooms are cosy and furnished with great care.

What a treat! This small hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially because I couldn't find it. Gjirokaster is a rabbit warren and Google maps were rather useless. The setting and view are calming, the room terrific with excellent air conditioning. Henry, a nice young man, who spoke excellent English.

If I have to say anything, it's that they didn't offer decaf coffee. But then again, no one in Albania does as far as I'm aware!

Everything was wonderful. Wonderful; friendly staff, gorgeous room, #16 on top floor, nice breakfast, lovely traditional decor.

Closer parking but 5 min walk to garage.

Excellent location. There is also a paid private parking nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interior and lighting of the room are tasteful. I enjoyed breakfast while looking out at the Gjirokastër cityscape from the courtyard. Everything great!

It is a very cozy and with a good vibe family hotel. Every member of Bineri family - from the youngest to the eldest makes the things work with a lot of honestity and friendly attitude. They let me to choose the room and I got a room with a spendid terrace with a view to the castle. They pay a lot of attention to the details - for example, on the halls of the hotel is playing a relaxing music. The room and the bed were excellent. I love these people, I felt like home.

I am so sorry I stayed just one night but I will return for sure.
