The location was perfect, so easy to get there and with parking options and moreover it was right at the Bazaar. The room was big enough and had everything you needed. The view from the balcony was very pretty. The breakfast had everything you could hope for and the food was great. Lastly, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. And all this for one of the cheapest prices on the market that we could find! Thank you!

Maybe the wifi connection could've been a bit more stable, but it didn't interfere with our experience overall.

Very convenient central location within easy walking distance of the Castle, the old town and Cold War bunker tour was just next door. Nice breakfast on the roof terrace with spectacular views of the valley below and the mountains. Hotel has no parking but there is secure underground public parking right out front for 400 lek for 24hours. (€4) Nice views from the room which was comfortable.

The shower was missing a door and toilet seat was broken. Hopefully fixed by now.

Incredible location right by the square, tunnels, bazaar etc. the hotels were large, clean and the balcony had a wonderful Mountain View. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who were great, helping me with buses and doing my laundry! The breakfast was nice and varied and the prices are too bad for what you’re getting, would recommend to anyone staying in gjirokaster.

It was right in the Town Square and only 50 meters to the Old Town area. The public parking garage was only 50 meters from the hotel and was very nice. The suite was huge and had lots of windows overlooking the Old Town and Town Square!

We had issues with the TV connecting to WiFi, but they sent the Manager and Technician to fix it.

Great value for money. I pais 35 eur for one night with breakfast included. Great location next to the bazaar. From the bus terminal you can take a taxi for 400LEK to the old town. Payment can be done by card but not with a contactless option as they claim that their terminal is not working contactless.

Loved our stay! The hotel was clean, cozy, and in a great location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended, will definitely come back!

Perfect location, you will walk directly to the city center of gjirokaster. All te attractions are on walking distance! Parking in the parking garage located under the hotel for 5eu a day.

The bathroom was a bit outdated.

The location is amazing. Facilities were really good and staff was super helpful.

The wifi connection is open to public so it was not possible for us to connect as there was no password router was overloaded with devices.
