Good value hotel. Our room was very comfortable with huge bed and large balcony. Easy to dry clothes we had rinsed through. The staff were welcoming and gave information we had found difficult to get before our trip. They offered to arrange trips to either Valbona or Theth but both would involve overnight stays, which our schedule didn't allow. Instead we found an excellent trip from the tourist information, Shala river, which were able to book online. Hotel Treva provided an excellent packed breakfast.

The room seemed a lot smaller than the 26m on the website, probably because the measurement included the balcony. The shower was really small and we found it quite difficult to control - but this hotel is very reasonably priced!

Great location with free dedicated street parking. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The room was clean and stocked. We were walking distance from all of the popular areas. There is free breakfast with great coffee. And the bar at the prorerty was very convenie t.

I asked for the top floor with a balcony, and got exactly what I requested. The only issue was that the balcony was shared with the laundry room and it was where the sheets/towels were hung out to dry daily. It took some work to access and enjoy the balcony, but we made it work. In a way it was comical at best. The views from the balcony were amazing though.

The AC is very new and modern, works great. The guy at the front desk / reception is super friendly and responsive, he helped me carry my luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator. He suggested I take the bus to Tirana instead of a taxi so you know he's not making a commission off of the taxis he calls for you! I ended up doing what he suggested, and it worked out fine. I saved a ton of money, which I spent on a nice dinner when I got to Tirana. The location of the hotel is good as you can walk to the main street and bus stop.

The room was very clean, but I noticed there was some cigarette ashes by the window sill, maybe somebody was smoking in the room by the window? Also the breakfast was good consisting of eggs and sausages, but would be really nice to have coffee included as well as more fruits. There were apples, but the plate of melon ran out quickly as it was the most popular item and was not refilled.

Really the best alternative to stay in Shkodra! Super friendly staff and owners! Great location near center and all places of interest. Very safe area for everything! A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. Organization of tours to all places of interest in North Alps can arranged at the reception. The Bar in the garden is really awesome to enjoy some drinks, local and international. Definitely a pleace which I can recommend to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We arrived late at night, and you should note that the entrance to this property is difficult to find but the staff thankfully met with us and brought us in. There is an abundance of cooking utensils to use to make food (which we did) and the location is good as well. We would definitely stay again if back in Tirana. There's also a 24h food shop opposite which could be handy to some.

The Hotel has an exceptionally helpful staff, all young persons willing to provide maximum comfort for the guests! The atmosphere in the bar is amazing due to a wonderful backyard and cleverly chosen music! The hotel is located very close to the city center and the rooms are very clean and cozy. The mattresses are in a perfect condition. Had been missing this kind of comfort from the experiences in other hotels where everything was old, but hotel Treva seems to be a perfect value for money spot in the region of Shkodra. Keep up the good work guys 👍

It is a very pretty boutique hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, familiar and always helpful. Lovely rooms and lovely garden outside. Breakfast was very nice: wonderful capuccino, homemade jam, nice fruit....

The only thing is that it doesn´t have an elevator and there are three levels. Our room was in the third leven. We had just backpacks so it wasn´t a problem, but it is something you may want to know.

The hotel is close to everything, shops, market, restaurants, bakery and salon. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. They always answers our questions without hesitation and always putting a smile on their faces. The room is big and they have a nice courtyard. The hotel is also situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Clean room and big beds. Breakfast was simple but great. Liked that the scrambled eggs were actually eggs (our hotel in Albania, so might be like this everywhere) and not the industrial stuff in western buffets. Really friendly and nice staff. We booked a trip to Lake Komani beforehand, but they were ready to help if you haven’t planned or booked your outgoing trips before coming to Shkoder.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. This was our splurge on our Albanian vacation and it delivered. All the staff spoke English and the three young men we saw each day were extremely helpful. (Loaning an umbrella, assisting in backing our car into the street, helping with luggage, getting us a knife and plate for cutting fruit in our room.) Breakfast was buffet style with a nice amount of options, geared more toward tourist tastes than local. When they ran out of eggs one morning, they made us omelettes. We had a wonderful balcony that was perfect, even when it was raining. Fun music playing in the garden.

The room and shower were a little tight but the place was beautiful and well maintained and having the balcony offset the size of the rooms.
