Spotless clean, lovely room, really good quality finishes to the whole place, a lot of money spent on this place. Good parking on premises.

After spending a fortune on the property, they employ very mediocre staff. Not accept credit card, only Euros, do hassle to get euros, very quiet hotel but reception staff playing music until midnight, then nobody to be seen in the morning!! Very odd.

Issi was great we managed to communicate well even though we don't speak Albanian and he didn't speak much English. Google translate helped a lot. Issi was very friendly and outgoing. We arrived a little later in the evening, and he helped us order food and get settled in. The Hotel is very nice and secure. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was my Birthday and Issi went out of his way to put a Happy Birthday message on their electronic message board on the top of the Hotel.

The rooms were exactly as how you see it in the pictures. The building is beautiful, the shower and jacuzzi were lovely. The owner and staff are very friendly, if you have needs they provide.

The price- / quality could be better! The room service and facilities in the rooms are a good point for improvement.

Very unique hotel. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Very satisfied from the staff. They were very welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. The environment was very warm and comfortable. You could see the city lights from the rooftop that you can access 24/7. We were able to spend some relaxing time in the bar at the first floor which you can access 24/7. The experience overall 10/10 . Highly recommended.

The people here make the place truly exceptional. The staff made our special day memorable beyond our expectations and we hadn't expected in the morning to receive some homemade brioche and homemade blueberry jam. We had a wonderful and memorable stay here. Thank you!
