The place was amazing, surrounded by nature, and the facilities were excellent. The service at the restaurant and in the gym/spa area was very good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped.

We booked for 4 people but only 3 of us ended up coming. However, we were still charged the tourist tax for 4. The receptionist confirmed it was just 3 people, but the amount charged matches the rate for 4. We were also charged 20 euros per night for the dog, which is understandable, but we weren’t informed of the amount in advance. The Booking.com listing only mentions "Charges may be applicable" without specifying the cost.

We had a nice stay at Aparthotel AnyosPark Mountain & Wellness Resort. The location is fantastic – nestled in the mountains with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet still close to everything you need. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of choices to start the day right. We also really enjoyed the spa area – relaxing, well-equipped, and inviting after a day of exploring.

The overall setting and amenities are great, but the room could benefit from some renovation and a bit more attention to cleanliness. In addition, we found the reception staff to be somewhat unmotivated and disinterested, which slightly impacted the welcoming feeling.

Enjoyed the pool area with the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Appreciated the 'no children' time slot in the evening. We stayed in the apartments and although the dining room was a short walk away with 2 lifts/elevators, it wasn't unpleasant in any way. The buffet-style meals were delicious with plenty of variety. Apartments were comfortable and adequate for our needs - we didn't spend much in the apartment as most days were spent at the near-by ski resort. We hired a car and drove to the ski slopes, but there was a shuttle bus available as well as a ski-hire shop on the premises. Staff were super-friendly and helpful.

Had to pay for parking. Coffee and tea were included with breakfast, but not with dinner. One of the staff members at the counter where you enter the spa area was not very friendly or helpful, in fact she appeared to be objectionable because I didn't speak Spanish. I did try a few Spanish words, but she just chose to point and not try to communicate with me. I later heard her speaking quite good English to another guest. A bit disappointing as all other staff members were an asset to AnyosPark.

Breakfast was amazing. Almost all you can ask for other than pancakes and waffles.

When walking in the main lobby, you get a great feeling of luxury, they then send you to the lower counter after taking two elevators ( the panoramic should not be lit up at night to see the village better) you then enter a lower class lobby where they stop speaking english or french. They tell you to walk outside and go to the last building where the room seemed less fancy than expected for the price paid.

I had a two and a three year old with me. It was brilliant for them. Wide selection of foods at buffets. All common areas beautifully maintained. Indoor playground alongside the sports bar was brilliantly located. Staff lovely and friendly especially Paulina at the sports bar.

Apartments could do with an update (they are not modern but very clean) but in terms of value for money this place is bang on.

The location is great and the facilities (gym, swimming pool, outdoor pool) are fantastic. The gym is very well-equipped and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff was amiable and the food in the restaurant/sports bar was of high quality.

The music in the outdoor swimming people is way too loud, it starts at 9:00 and goes on until 10:00 at night, which means you can't even have a nap in the room if it's facing the pool. Sometimes at 20:00, there were no more people in the pool and the music continued. It wouldn't be a problem if it were easy to listen to, but more than 12 hours of club-style music is not for everyone. The car park for guests is a bit pricey, you end up paying 15 euros/day on top of your booking.

Excellent free Leisure pool facilities-though they were unexpectedly closed on New Year’s Eve at lunch time. Free Transfers to La Massana Some staff were excellent-buffet staff were ALL really nice! Reception and sports staff were very nice. Amazing body massages. Buffet food was really nice and good value

Restaurant wasn’t great. Staff were variable in approach: some were nice others grumpy some plain rude. Quality of meals in restaurant wasn’t anywhere near as good as buffet

Nice view from the apartment, great breakfast, close to the capital. Rooms were clean beds were good.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, no cutting board or cooking knife for example.. in the resort the sauna was outdated and the hamam had a unpleasant smell.

The location was so beautiful, we had a terrace with a great view that we used with pleasure. The apartment was really specious and the beds were comfortable. We had included breakfast and it was really delicious.

We didn't have an electric kettle in our apartment or a small pan to boil the water to make some tea.

The spa was beautiful. Also there are many facilities you can do various activities like Padel tennis, spinning, tennis court.

I didn’t like that you have to walk in the freezing air outside after the spa. Because the spa and the rooms are in different buildings and there is no closed area to walk through. Also the breakfast was poor
