I liked everything about my stay. The room was huge and i had everything I needed. Some might say that it's not modern, but good value modern hotels come with tiny rooms and don't have a bathtub and a balcony. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, to the point that I was told twice when going for lunch that I don't have to order off the menu, and they would make anything I wanted. And I won't even talk about the location, Andorra is simply a piece of heaven. I will definitely try to book this hotel again when I come back

Very good price. Food was OK, for this price, it is not possible to be hungry, but as we stayed at same time as children's camp, maybe this was the reason, it was like school cafe or camp food. There was always enough choice and definitely enough calories, but sometimes not enough vegetables or fruit (breakfast was egg and sausage, lacking tomato or other veg). For a hiking holiday, this is a good hotel to stay and even with the camp, they had silence from quite early night. The pool was clean, staff were friendly. From near the hotel, there are public buses to Sorteny National Park, every 30 minutes. Good for hiking.

overall it was OK, but for hiking holiday, breakfast should be earlier, from 7am to get an early start. Due to limited English-speaking staff, I did not find out, maybe it was possible to have something earlier, but formally, it was at 8am.

Good location! Easy access to the city centre. Most of the staff were friendly and happy to help. Warm pool. The food was good. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend.

The WiFi signal was always on and off. It would be good to have a mini fridge in the room to keep cool water in the hot weather.

The room had a little entryway and that was so helpful for organizing our things during our stay there. It was a fairly comfortable room for the price. The staff was amazing.

The location was very convenient for us since we had a race starting from Ordino. It is also very close to the city center of Ordino, although Ordino is a very small city. If you want to be closer to markets, restaurants, etc. you can go to La Massana. There is a bus running between Ordino and La Massana quite frequently.

There is construction going on just at the back of the hotel. There is quite some noise during the day. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel but if you want to sleep during the day (like we did before the race), it is tough. Breakfast does not contain much choices. In our last day, there was almost nothing left because the hotel was very crowded. They should have known this and get prepared accordingly.

Very helpful people at the hotel. The room was big enough for three people and well lit.

Breakfast was served by a very odd service counter with staff who seemed a little scared.

Great breakfast, lots of choice, cooked and cold. The room was a good size, with good facilities. The third bed was a foldout so wasn’t the most comfortable. Good value for the cost, a great place to explore Andorra from.
