Great stay for street front with parking under, clean and tidy, lift and entry is good, BE AWARE the key collection was 20 KM away in another town which coming from the north was 40 km round trip to get the key from another Hotel in Andorra La Vella - from the south would be on the way if you have a car or a drama if your arrive into Soldeu 20 kms away.

Picking up Keys from a hotel 20 KMS away is a poor option and should be lock box on site as in mountain valley traffic can be over an hour. Be Aware for info is after booking until you map the key point from the residence point.

The apartment was great. The location is also very good, close to the skii center. The only small thing to improve is the communication about the check-in procedure: the latest possible check-in time is still really early, so if you arrive to Andorra at noon, you need to get the keys in a different city (Andorra la Vella). This would be OK if it was well communicated at the moment of booking. But nobody told us this, so we had to call the owner in order to understand how they could give us the keys to the apartment.

The location of the apartment is close to Soldeu centre, its shops and restaurants and ski lifts. The apartment was very clean and beds comfortable.

The kitchen lacked some facilities that we were expecting (oven, dishwasher). Some of the pots and pans had seen better days but plenty other crockery and cutlery. Downstairs shower/bathroom rather small and cramped. However, plenty hot water which was great! Some noise from the road during the nights.

The kitchen was not well equipped and we were missing some things (pan covers’ , proper knifes, decent dish soap etc). The bath was missing shampoo as well. During the entire stay the reception was closed and the communication was held by Booking chat only (which made it a bit challenging). The instructions for the parking was not clear at all

The communication was slow and very last minute about keys and it was necessary to remind about late arrival several times. However when instructions arrived, they were very clear and professional and it was easy to enter the property. In the booking com site it was still outdated information which said that outside of checkin time the keys are received from Andorra La Vella, which is about 50 min drive from the location.

The apartment was a duplex which was nice having an upstairs and downstairs. It was very clean and well equipped with a good range of kitchen equipment, hair dryer and extra bedding if required. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and downstairs with bath and shower facilities. The bed was super comfy and warm. Really well situated apartment just 5/10 mins walk into the center. Toni on reception was great answering messages quickly and provided bus info for getting up to resort from Andorra la Villa, (L4 to Pas de la Casa.) The check in instructions were very clear and easy process throughout.

Nice apartment, plenty of kitchen stuff including a kettle. Comfy beds, shower ok. Toiletries included, nice towels.

We were not informed, when told to pick up the keys to the apartment, that it was 18 kilometres away. Hotel receptionist stated it was in the email. It definitely was not. Downstairs bathroom very small, you have to be careful that you don’t fall into the shower as you open the door Sleepy little town, no bars open after 7pm. We managed to find a lovely steak house, the only place open Small supermarket 10 minutes walk away

Really good duplex with 2 bathrooms etc and just really good.

Walls were thin and could hear other guests through the walls and in the hallways but not too badly i guess. To be honest for the price we'll worth it. Everywhere we have stayed in Soldeu for the last 5 years has had same issue think it's just how the buildings are built there.

The two-story apartment was good. There was a bath/ shower on each floor. TV in the living room and bedroom. Beds comfortable, pillows the right size. Internet good. Parking available. Deposit returned quickly.

Thin walls, you can sometimes hear the neighbors. I didn't understand how to use the appliances in the laundry room.

Facilities were excellent, with a safe garage for our car. Would recommend.

I was from out of the country, so didn't have WiFi capabilities to check my email or receive calls. The info to get into the place was sent a few hours prior to our arrival, so we had to use data to call and get in. We also could not find any cups or plates in the apartment. We had difficulties contacting the management. The plates and cups were in a strange spot, i guess, but we only found this out, long after we checked out.
