The rooms were comfortable and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful staff. They even called on our behalf when our tour transfer forgot to pick us up and arranged with the tour operator to have them pay for a taxi so we could join the tour on time. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the main part of town but that was fine since we mostly had a view of the lake on the way. My daughter loved the hotel cat, Pancho!

Located just outside the main town centre, but it was easy enough to walk to it. There are lovely views of the lake from the hotel and the walk is lovely. A lot of friendly dogs near the lake who will follow you the more nearer you go to see the birds in the lake itself. Hotel suited my needs as I just stayed 2 nights. Coffee can be ordered near reception and the worker was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good price as well. Breakfast area was spacious enough, although at the time I went, there were not many visitors around. Room was ok for a single traveller but no air-con. I had to open the window which did not open too much.

No air-con but perhaps not really needed due to the weather conditions.

It's a cozy place that makes you feel like home. The staff is amazing, always willing to help. Nice view of the lake from the lobby, and the location is fairly close to the town (15 minutes walk)

The rooms had small closets. Not enough for 3 people luggage. We had to keep most of it packed. The included breakfast was a fixed menu. It would be great to have some options.

Could pay in cash. Front desk always had someone, and they were always helpful and sweet. The cleaning lady was helpful too because we asked her questions when she just happened to be across the hall. (We were too lazy to walk downstairs to ask our questions to the front desk.) Bathrooms are new.

Location is far from city. The carpet smelled old, and the room also smelled strongly of cleaning fragrance. The bathroom drain sometimes had smells coming up, but that's pretty normal.

All was perfect! The location, the staff, the view, very cozy and comfortable ! A very nice place to stay in El Calafate. I came to El Calafate several times and really this is a very nice property!

The hotel is beautiful. The room was very nice and with a great view of the lake. The staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast was large, varied and tasty.

Very comfortable bed. Front desk was patient and helpful. Wifi was good enough for TikTok, emails, etc. Water and wine available for purchase. Fairly priced. Lovely fresh air from the window. Greenery and nice view of the lake and mountains from across the road.

There was someone else's hair in my bedding, but the bedding did look washed and clean. There's a strong smell of soap in the room, but opening the window solved that. The bathroom was pristine and modern.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Pleasant reception/ living room area. Rooms were warm and comfortable.

Shower pressure and toiletries provided could be better.

very nice design, close to the center and on the road to the Perito Moreno Glacier, very friendly and helpful staff ready to support you with transfers. besides that my travel has been rescheduled and it was no problem for them. excellent staff!! 3 opciones of breakfast paid separately but very tasty and big portions. highly recommended!!

Location is close to downtown. Only 10mnt walk. Close to a small grocery store. Walk around Argentina lake in the afternoon. Very courteous staff
