lovely hotel. The staff is amazing. Unfortunately I did not get a name of the girl who worked at the reception during the days we stayed here, but she was so lovely, helpful and sweet! Thank you for all your assistance. This hotel has very beautiful views of a lake .

The only bad thing and it’s not really bad but still was inconvenient is that is hotel located outside of town. ( or I should say not in the city center ) Not too far. It’s about 25 to 30 minute walk to downtown. Or you can always take a taxi. Taxi is only five dollars to get there. but we could not find a taxi on the way back one day and ended up walking. After so many tours walking with a bit of pain.

The staff were exceptional, especially Daniel. He delivered exceptional customer service, he spoke and understood very good English. He was kind, accommodating and helpful. He carried my heavy bag kindly. The room was clean, the view was gorgeous, the bathroom was comfortable, breakfast was decent maybe more healthier options would be nice.

The hotel itself is wonderful, but the location isn’t the most walkable or tourist friendly due to the vicious neighborhood dogs. On my way back from the centro, I was nearly attacked by two dogs while walking up the hill little bit after sunset. Thankfully, a local stepped in and blocked them with his car, preventing what could have been a dangerous situation. Angel in disguise. After that experience, I didn’t feel safe walking outside near the hotel again.

Perfect location, just a bit up in a hill and with those big windows allows you to see Lago Argentino. People at the front desk and the restaurant were kind and supportive. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities expected. We enjoyed our stay here.

One night, the entire menu was not available, so we had to pick out of a few options available. There is no elevator for luggage.

Fabulous views and lovely staff, nicely positioned away from the noise of the town centre but only a 25 min stroll in

Rooms were not cleaned after first night and had to remind several times the next day to make sure it was done. Breakfast in last morning was late for us and lots of others, they knew we were leaving early for a flight. Breakfast advertised at 615am but not set up until 640am, only had a quick coffee

The views from our room and during breakfast was just beautiful. The employees of the hotel were super friendly and helpful, highly appriciate the lady working at the restaurant during night shifts - Great thanks to her!

The only thing I would add is that is a little bit "far" from town/centre. I mean... Not that far but after hacking or doing any sport, it's a bit of a pain

Beautiful views of the Lago Argentino and a nice spacious room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was buffet-style with a nice variety of fruit, pastries, bread, ham, cheese, and scrambled eggs on demand. The staff was very helpful in getting cabs for us to go downtown and get dinner.

Overall the facilities are a little on the older side, but it doesn't have a run-down feeling. Not ideal to walk into since it's up a hill through a dirt road but the location gives it prime views of the Argentinian Lake. The only thing I absolutely hated was the WiFi which was PAINFULLY slow. We ended up having to use our international phone data because the wifi was just not cutting it, not in our rooms, not in the dining area, and not at the front desk.

The hotel is clean, the lobby is great just nice to stay there or even take photos, clean hotel and helpful staff.

The hotel is not exactly near to the center, if you have a car this place is great however since I did not rent a car the walk is not that far but you occasionally run into stray dogs, they dont attack but might be uncomfortable to pass by that many, this is of course everywhere in El Calafate not only for this hotel.

The view to the lake is superb and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

It was a bit more far from the city centre than I have imagined.

The room view is really beautiful. Although the room size is not so big, the view makes it feel bigger. The shower is also good and everything was clean.

I didn’t find the bed and pillows so comfortable. The Breakfast is simple with not so many options but it has the necessary and the food was good.

The reception staff was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Walter! He spoke good English, helped us organise our trip to Petito Moreno glacier before we even arrive to Argentina, provided us all with all relevant information about it and made all necessary bookings for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who values a nice view to Lago Argentino more than staying in the city centre. Taxis were just 700 pesos max from hotel to city centre. The food at the restaurant was very good, although it is not open for lunch.
