This is a former architect designed house from the 60s that has been converted into something like a B&B. It is quite a cool building with several floors, great design features, even a small pool outside. The team running it are very friendly and helpful. We met the owner who had grown up in the house ! It's very quiet, safe residential location but ideally located to reach the major sites, restaurants and the big park. It was also close to some really excellent places to eat. It seemed like good value for money.

We had a basement room which felt a bit stuffy, dark and tired. The bathrooms were not exactly newly renovated but everything worked really well. The breakfast was a little bit limited: just croissants and jam, no cut fruit or anything, and was frequently a bit understocked.

The location is ideal for exploring the city. Spacious room on the second floor (no lift btw). The staff are all very helpful. Breakfast was good especially the croissants, nice places inside and outside to sit. There is a small pool but we didn’t venture in.

Our double bed seemed to be on two levels and sloping so a little u comfortable (I imagine it was 2 different singles pushed together) but we still slept well.

Excellent location to walk anywhere into town. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was a great addition making this place even better value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was great to have the quiet garden with small pool and sunbeds. Overall a really great place to relax. Even saw hummingbirds in the garden.

The staff are super nice here! I forgot his name, but the guy that greeting me is a credit to the place, but I must admit they are all nice there, which is hard to come by these days. Breakfast was great! Clean place, well looked after.

I would say the only thing is my room was a little noisy as it was next to reception, but I slept fine.

Did not like the bed. Pillows not much better Wife likes sleeping with windows open. Too noisy by the street. Trash pickup at 2 AM? Our stay was a little too long by about a day

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate me. I don't speak Spanish and I am a solo female traveller so it was the perfect place to start my South America journey

It is difficult to find fault. I few more outlets would be useful to charge devices.

The breakfast is amazing, the staff so helpful in speaking in spanish and English too and helped me organise a wine tour. It has a nice quiet vibe and great location for restaurants and buses etc. Pool area and overall hotel so clean too.

My single room didn't have window to open.. but had fan so all good.

The reception staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help me. Jarquin was particularly helpful and spoke great English which was good for me as my Spanish is not good. The lady who greeted me on my arrival was also lovely.

It would have been nice to have some wardrobe space.

Good value. Big room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Good breakfast. The location is good because is within a medium distance of all the interest points. However, the public transport in Mendoza is good.

The bed cover and towels were with stains, probably a fail from laundry service but the housekeepers should see it when making the rooms. They left our window open when they made the service, this make me feel unsafe because the window was straight to the street.

Good place to stay for one night. Centrally located! Room was small but nice, everything was clean and it was very quiet. I did not have breakfast as I left very early in the morning. Overal a good stay.
