Gorgeous accomodation! The host was very welcoming. The room was stunning, the bed was super comfortable, and the host even provided excellent choices of tea/ coffee bags, gourmet spread, gourmet cereals and gourmet bread! So relaxing to have breakfast in the outdoor surrounded by the tranquility! We also had a swim in the pool in the morning— it feels like a private pool and I didn’t want to leave! It’s only 5 mins drive from town centre yet it’s quiet and secluded.

The room had a homely feeling with beautiful amenities, with a very comfortable bed. It has a pool, BBQ area with a wood fire pizza oven, that is surrounded by partly bush and tall trees, but most of all, you're away from the bay and the smell of the bush and fresh air just makes it more relaxing. It is a stay that makes you feel that you never left home, and your hosts Gordon and Jess are a fantastic couple and need to be congratulated.

Friendly welcome from owners Ann and Gordon and their beautiful dog Rea. Spacious, newly built and beautifully appointed room with very comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a clever pantry-style kitchenette. Access to swimming pool (we didn't get to use it though due to other commitments). Located nearby is the fabulous Eurobodalla Region Botanic Garden, which has great walks, plenty of wildlife and a lovely cafe. We saw a family of kangaroos including a couple of joeys, lizards, a huge goanna (maybe up to 2m in length), plenty of birds and even a snake, which caught a frog for its lunch! Fascinating and great fun.

Sign-posting for the road where the accommodation is located is missing and signage read 'Private road only', so a little unsure how to find it at first, but not a major issue as we phoned our hosts. 8

I liked how secluded it was but also how close to town it is. To find out that the pool is a healing mineral pool was an added bonus. My daughter is highly allergic to chlorine and she had no issues with this pool. They also provided really great food items, fresh bread and Norco and gluten free musli of great quality.

A lovely stay! Excellent bang for your buck with the setting, atmosphere, and size of the room. The hosts are absolutely lovely, it's one of those times you're very happy to have met the hosts. 12/10 would definitely stay here again whilst traveling. My partner and I had booked the pet friendly king option, our pup was treated like royalty and received plenty of love and cuddles from the hosts, it felt like coming home!

Spacious and clean room and bathroom, good facilties, coffee etc. But the best part are definitely the hosts. Gordon even cooked a quick dinner for us in the evening. Not something to expect, but definitely very appreciated! They also gave us a lot of tips for our road trip.

Nothing, maybe it’s a bit far from the center but you know that beforehand. But you’re in nature and can spot kangaroos as well!

Loved everything about this place especially the swimming pool, comfy bed, large shower, friendly hosts and a great room and location. We also loved sitting outside at night looking up at the stars. Thanks also for the unexpected breakfast in our room. So thoughtful and generous and yummy.

The property was great for our short little weekend getaway with our 2 fur baby’s. It is very comfortable, and the host was fantastic - super friendly, loves dogs, and even left us some items to arrange breakfast over the time we stayed. It was a great little getaway

The room was great with everything we needed and looking out over the pool and bbq area. Only a short (5 min) drive from Batehaven and close to the main highway for exploring further. Great hosts, welcoming and informative - they told where we might see whales and we did! A great stay - thank you.

The owners were lovely and very accomodating

Not that it was necessarily a bad thing but not keen on the fact that the property is in a “U” shape so the owners look towards the accommodation. Also good for future people to know that there is no fencing for keeping dogs in.
