Location, views, peice and quite. A family oriented park. Half an hour walk over the bridge and into the bay. Pool. Camp kichen. Beach only steps away.

The bungalow was small for 5 grown adults - family and feiends. I booked on bookings.com well in advance however will book directly with the park next time. Receptionist did try and find another suitable cabin but the park was booked out. Only room for one vehicle to park. Air conditioning needed cleaning as it didn't cool down the room. The lights above the main bed were in an awkward place - kept hitting head when wanting to sit propped up on the bed. No WiFi- needed to hotspot off mobile.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our recent stay at the beachfront cabin at BIG4 Batemans Bay at Easts Riverside Holiday Park was nothing short of perfect. The cabin was, without doubt, the cleanest and best-presented accommodation I’ve ever stayed in — absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were wonderfully polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is magnificent, just a short walk to town and shops, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat by the sea. The views from the cabin were stunning — sparkling ocean during the day and at night, a breathtaking view across the water to the twinkling lights of the town. It’s a fantastic spot for families of all ages — whether you want to take a walk on the beach, enjoy the scenery, or throw in a line and fish. Truly a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

A little more affordable would be nice.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable and loved the size of the car park under the cabin. View of the water was also really good. Cabin was well stocked with towels, crockery, cookware etc.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to be happy or as friendly as I would have liked, they did a great job but not talkative at all, it was all business.

Very easy check-in the staff were friendly & helpful - the villa was comfortable & in a fantastic position overlooking the beautiful bay & we witnessed the most beautiful south coast sunsets from our balcony - close to all facilities plus the Batemans Bay Township was a short drive from the Big 4 Holiday Park - great for couples plus families - a big tick from me!

Not applicable - everything met our expectations and some!!

Cabin was clean and love that it is right by the water. The kids spent all day on the sand building shelter with the logs. They love it so much. Nice and quiet, on the other side of the marina.

Would be good to have some extra facilities or activities for the kids. But considering the size of the park, it's understandable.

Location was GREAT

When I BOOKED through a BOOKING AGENT the night before, the money was not transferred IMEDINATELY., so next Morning I received a phone call from the Big 4 reception, demanding that I transfer. The money directly into the Big 4 account, or to cancel the booking. I tried to explain that the money had already been taken from my bank account, I WAS TOLD TO BE QUIET, very rudely. I transferred the money as DEMANDED. I have BEEN CHARGE TWICE for the room, so I will go to consumer affairs and demand they fight for my second payment back from the BIG4 Holiday Park

Absolutely everything, our cabin was spotless and very well appointed with everything, very homely and comfortable. Our view over the river and the whole park is exceptional. Can’t wait to visit again but for a longer period.

The cabins were large, clean and silent. We had a beautiful view, parking was excellent and walking distant to restaurant and shops

Taps in kitchen and shower dripped all the time, even when my husband turned them off.

The property is a great value for money. The access is easy and the amenities were great, especially the pool and kids playground. It is also water front which is a bonus. The location is excellent, close to main roads, shops and town center.

I think the cabins need a bit of a renovation as the décor and furniture are quite outdated. There was not much in the kitchen, including lack of knife.

The facilities were very clean and the location was quiet.

The kids were seeking more facilities. The recreational area was limited. Maybe if more games/ card games would have been helpful.
