Everything was great. Clean, comfortable, spacious, updated rooms with good extras. Great location with easy walkability to restaurants, playgrounds, shopping and attractions. Easy drive to many beaches. Lovely outdoor spaces for relaxing and socialising. Nice views of the rivers from the top level and public decks. Fun to watch the crabs from the jetty. Excellent restaurant/cafe on site. Great pool for us as a family. Even though the Lodge was fully booked during our stay, the pool was not crowded, probably because so many people go to the beaches and surrounding attractions. Great big steps and shallow end for kids and umbrellas for shade too. Friendly accommodating staff. We would've stayed longer if we could. Thanks for having us.

Great location across from Clyde river and short stroll to eating areas. Room was spacious with parking outside door. Mini breville Nespresso machine and pods in room. Lovely large rainfall showerhead was delightful. Room was refreshed each day. Excellent cafe/restaurant onsite with views of Clyde river.

Busy in holiday time, can be some noise from rooms on either side and from cars arriving and leaving.

I liked how there's a body of water next to the lodge, literally 10 steps away from our room. It was nice to look at in the morning. Both the bathroom and the bed were clean. Water pressure was good, and loved how one of the wall plugs had a USB plug. The location was near the centre and restaurants, and even had a cafe in the lodge. Very convenient.

Not a complaint, but I did wish the TV could've been mobile. Wanted to watch it on the bed instead of the sofa.

Best location. Waterfront. Walking distance to town centre and everything else. Ample room and parking was right in front of the door. Very friendly and professional operators.

Requested for a microwave when booking, however this was not provided on arrival. Asked the operators upon arrival and this was duly provided. The bathroom sink was not located in the bathroom but in the main living area next to the fridge. A bit awkward.

Good location and easy walk to shops, restaurants and boardwalk. With the Sunday Markets in park along Clyde River we could get there early to browse. Room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Ample parking allowing guests on ground floor to park in front of room. Large shower head with plenty of hot water. First time we stayed here and we'll be back.

Guest next door having their TV too loud. A microwave would have been ideal. There was no ice cube tray in fridge. Shower door didn't fully close shut.

The moment we walked into the Bateman's Bay lodge, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful clean smell, the cool room, as the air conditioner was on, which after a long motorbike ride, was truly appreciated. The motel is located across the road from the water and conveniently close to the Bridge Plaza shopping mall (Woolworths) and has the river on the doorstep. A short walk to all the shops, eateries, and marina. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, has a comfy bed, and a pod coffee machine, which hubby enjoyed. The pool was sparkling, inviting and enjoyable after a long day exploring this great town. The motel has a relaxing outdoor lounge area, with tables and sofas to enjoy an early morning coffee overlooking the river. The Bateman's Bay Lodge is a great place to stay.

Excellent position, with the convenience of being right in town was terrific. Playground across the road, restaurant up top, walk over the bridge and we could fish. The room was excellently presented, very spacious and kitchenette a top practical extra bonus! We arrived early to be received by reception staff with a smile and lovely adjustments were gifted to us. We were offered our first ever compliment upgrade to a larger suite to help accommodate our three young children and port-a-cot ready to go for us.

The lodge was conveniently located right in front of the water. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The host was very helpful, giving us tips on where to go. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this is a place I recommend you stay when you visit Batemans bay.

The Internet was sometimes slow, but we're not here to stay in the room the whole day anyway. It was just because it was pouring rain outside that we had to go back to the lodge a bit earlier than expected. You also need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but it's just for everyone's info. We did not mind at all because they had already noted it in their website.

Close to shops, easy parking, right on the river, rooms where well stocked with coffee, tea, and biscuits,nice TV, so all in all a good stay

toilet had us worried took forever to fill after flushing and flush was too limited so two flushes normally required, bathroom would be better with a extraction fan

This was a great spot for a 1 night stay. We were passing through Batemans Bay & I have a large vehicle, so parking can be difficult. But the carpark here is HUGE & you can easily park directly outside your room, which was great for unloading & easy access into the room. Room was large & comfortable with a couch & comfy bed, little mini bar with tea/coffee/cookies, it was a nice touch. Bathroom is a bit older style but clean & comfortable & steaming hot water so that was fantastic. Reception staff stayed til 7pm so we got there just before they finished so that was also very handy. Easy checkout in the morning, the location is opposite the Clyde river, so it's perfect if you have a bit more time to explore the area. You can walk to the water, walk to the shops, just a really nice spot to stay.
