Alison kindly upgraded us from a street view room to a water view room. The attention to detail made in the design of this room was evident and impressive. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very comfy bed and lovely quality toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Great central location. I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Breeze to any of my friends and family ;)

The only downside to this room was the decorative barn door separating the sleeping area from the toilet. As it wasn't a solid door, there was no noise insulation when someone was visiting the toilet.

We were upgraded to the warehouse on arrival and wow what an upgrade it was! It was an eclectic mix of furnishings with a modern twist, so much space, an incredibly comfortable bed, all the facilities you would need, lovely bathroom products and a walk everywhere location. The staff were fabulous meeting us after hours on our arrival with a carton of fresh milk. It was immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet given it was right on the esplanade. We couldn’t fault our stay.

We loved everything!

This property was ideally located to explore the area. Right next door to restaurants and shops. The views from the sea view rooms is simply wonderful. The rooms we immaculate and had everything we could have needed The owner was so nice and extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They even offered me a room upgrade for a fraction of the price it should have been. Would definitely return.

Our stay at Bay Breeze was our second, and we will only be staying here for our future trips to the Bay. The rooms are oustanding. beds are comfortable and atmosphere welcoming, and Alison is always on hand to make sure your stay is enjoyable with anything that you require.The location is within walking distance to clubs, restaurants, and the town centre. The views from the waterfront rooms are just amazing. A highlight of our stay was waking to a beautiful sunrise.

A lovely room. We were offered an upgrade to a higher floor with a better view. Very clean room with nice fittings.

The shower in the bathroom allowed water to fall out the side & cover the floor. The drain was not located to allow the water to drain properly. So after a shower the bathroom floor was wet for hours.

The location was on point perfect ,The place felt safe short distance to the harbour ,beach ,nice restaurants with great food .🙏🏻Parking was good . The host are excellent people they go beyond and above to make sure your stay is very comfortably . An added extra day for free was bonus thank you . I can’t fault this place was very clean . It was exceptionally great stay .we felt refreshed and rejuvenated.Will be back again

Bathroom with frosted window into the main hallway. Maybe a little blind would make it feel more private. The bathroom door was gorgeous but would have much preferred a door that was more private. The lack of sleep with the noisy people above, this isn’t the hotels fault at all but we had a very interrupted sleep

Excellent location (right on the water), the staff were great with us as we arrived after hours so they left the key in a good spot. They gave us an extra bed free of charge and the room was quiet even though it was close to the main road. They had a range of T2 products which we loved!

The bathroom was outdated but it worked well and the balcony was enclosed which I didn't care for.

The morning views and the proximity to amazing cafes is so great

Some of the popular rooms have an open bathroom concept which I personally didn’t like. They have other rooms as well with proper closed bathrooms but thats not mentioned during the booking. They are willing to move you or provide a microwave if you need it when you arrive and if it’s available

Location, location. Perfect! Views over the water, walk to coffee shops, restaurants, famous boat shed for fresh fish and chips! The apartment has every convenience for an enjoyable stay.

While the Penthouse has beautiful views, it also has multiple floor levels throughout the apartment.
