Fantastic location, view from the rooms was unbeatable. The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. Answered any questions we had and gave us nice recommendations in the area. Room was good size for a two night stay. Very close to the main promenade with restaurants and shops less than 5min walk away.

Shower head was a little dirty and could have used abit more attention to cleaning. Lighting in the room could be a little better as there was only one overhead light located at the front door entrance but not over the main sitting area. Overall would definitely recommend a stay here!

The venue's location so close to the water and direct access to the boulevard along the bay made our visit magical. Especially being able to walk so easily on the flat to nearby restaurants, bakeries and banks. Also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, including the cleaner who helped us with directions. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was not large, but it had everything that we needed, and the building's age was not reflected in its content or service. Free off-street parking also allayed any concern about our vehicle's security. The whiteness of the building's exterior was dazzling and it set us in the mood for a great stay!

These were single units of 2 storeys and consisted of one single and one double bed. The room had great views over Bateman's Bay and it was easy to get out to the esplanade. The location was good for the town and restaurants. Parking was easy and the room quiet, except for the fridge. Kitchen crockery and cutlery were available from friendly receptionists as was a microwave. The bathroom was clean and soap and shampoo were provided.

Just one issue for us - the bed had rollers and moved if you leaned on it, causing the potential for falling.

Well priced for what it is. Good location. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

Stairwell is not lit at all at night , I had to go to the car about 10pm and the stairs were pitch black , and they are quite steep so quite a hazard. Also a staff member was smoking in the cleaning closest thing down the side/alleyway of the building (we saw them sitting there smoking) and we walked through there a few times as it’s accesses the water front the whole area was filled with smoke. It drifted into the carpark as well , we could smell is strongly while packing and unpacking the car. Some people don’t mind cigarette smoke but as I have small kids I am quite sensitive to it.

Really liked this hotel. The communication with them was easy and timely. The location was good. Easy to find, restaurants a few yards away and I felt safe at all hours. Super clean! Not a hair in the bathroom, not a stain in the towels or sheets. And I am picky. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were thin. Parking was easy, in front of the hotel.

Pillows were thin. I like to sleep in a very cold room and the air conditioner would only blow hot air, had to open the window.

We have stayed here before and returned because of the location, the good beds, the view and the fact that you can open everything up to let the breeze through. The outlook is lovely and staff are friendly and helpful. I have recommended Zorba to friends but it has always been booked out on their dates. We'll be back.

The TV could be upgraded. It was smaller than we are used to, the sound didn't sync with the picture and the picture wasn't good quality (pixelated). We re-tuned the channels but it didn't help.

Simply perfect. Not fussy but everything well designed and well done. Easy to find in the centre of the restaurant and shopping area. Yet the perfect spot to launch out on a waterside walk. Perfect view from the room.

Some people might expect a bigger bathroom these days but the design was perfectly sufficient. Not marble but clean functional tiles. Perfect.

Fantastic location, walkable to all Batemans bay cafes and shops. Wonderful view of the bay from the lounge and main bedroom; most things available for self catering. Beds comfy, shower great, spacious and looked felt cared for.

Would have been good to be offered a second key as was in a two bedroom apartment but was only there for one night so didn’t ask if it was possible.

For the price I was impressed with the motel and the room. Very clean, spacious and in a great location close to shops, restaurants and pub. Great communication considering i was checking in late and easy key box to access with a code at the door. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

If I was to be picky the tv was playing up. I had to tune channels to get picture and re tune if I changed channels.

Fantastic little motel. Location ! Location! Location! Smack bang in the middle of everything. The room was very clean and comfy with an AMAZING!!! view. Check in and check out was easy and ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Great value for money.

The basin in the bathroom was quite old and cracked. Also the shower water temperature was a little confusing to work out.
