Nice for short trip stay. Perfect location. Easy for amenities.

Large, clean, comfortable airconditioned room. Bed also comfortable. A small private courtyard with table and chairs was nice but too rainy for us to use this time, it led to a larger area if needed. Very close to a Petrol station, shops and country Pub where we had dinner which was a very large serving, and I thought a good variety on the menu.

Nothing that affected our stay, the taps in the shower are very low but water hot and a great flow. The driveway, our car scratched the concrete so had to try and go in and out on an angle. My husband has Alzheimer's and was disoriented in our room compared to home so we had to go home, if I had booked via the Motel, they would have given me a credit but as I booked with Booking.com there was nothing they could do so lost a lot of money. Had no idea my husband was at this level. In the 2 days saw some beautiful autumn trees.

The room was comfortable. We liked having a “back door” out to the garden where we had a table and chairs. Good ventilation. The Manager and staff were helpful and friendly. The motel is convenient to our family, who live in Blackheath and convenient to shops, railway and attractions.

The curtains had missing hooks so they looked untidy; the valance on the bed needed repair.

We walked in and immediately fell in love with the place. Interior is super clean, a little unusual and very charming. Microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery all supplied as well as the usual fridge and tea making things. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have picture windows have a wonderful view of gardens and trees. Amazing value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Window screens above the shower stall are a bit wobbly, and the shower door stuck a bit, so was hard to close properly. Otherwise there were no negatives that we could see. Stayed 2 nights and loved every minute.

We could just leave the car there and walk to town to enjoy a great meal and drinks at the Ivanhoe Bistro. Also very short drive to the Gran Canyon and many other great walks. The bed was so comfortable... way better than many 5 star hotels. It has a fridge and kettle and microwave. The shower has a good pressure and toiletries are included. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the place clean and cosy. I loved that il the closet had extra pillows as I normally sleep with 2 and my hubby as well. Parking is right at the door. Rooms are big as we stayed in three deluxe room. It is not new but it has character and so it is rustic but very well looked after and maintained.

If it rains it can get noisy as we could hear it loudly on the roof, lucky it didn't rain much. Also very surprised that it has tea and coffee facilities but there was not a small cartoon of milk in the fridge as we always have seen in plenty of other stays that include coffee and tea facilities. The shower is quite small and the screen didn't close properly so it is hard not to get the floor wet.

The property is old but it got interesting character, beautiful old wood. It would be perfect if the owner renovate it a bit . Got everything we need, clean and comfortable. Next to all the shop, IGA, petrol station that open late. Easy access to Katoomba , Scenic world . Good value for money. Perfect for a short stay while visiting the Blue moutain

Next to the main Street and train track

We’ve stayed at Blackheath Motor Inn a few times, and it’s always been great. It offers good value for money and is always clean with reliable heating / air conditioning. It is by the main road and not far from the train station - the kids hear enough train sounds in the background to be happy but without it being too much to keep us adults awake at night!

The location is excellent because of its proximity to the shopping centre and the rhododendron garden. I walked everywhere while I stayed there. I like the fact that the rooms have a microwave, plates and cutlery and refrigerator and that the staff provide you with a jug of fresh milk when you arrive for tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable and hot water was immediate.

The bathroom is a bit is a bit dated and the basin and bench are very low.

This older motel offers travellers comfortable and affordable accommodation. We stayed two nights whilst attending a family function and stayed in the Spa Suite which was spacious and at the rear of the motel and we were not bothered much by the noise of road traffic or trains. The location was good, right on the highway and an easy walk into the heart of Blackheath.

It was super clean, and an excellent location that allowed us to walk to the main downtown area of blackheath, and drive. easy parking and temp controls. It was functional and comfortable for what we needed!

We had a room facing the road and train. It was noisy during the day, and whenever the train or a car passed at night. Next time we would probably request a room furthest from the road to avoid car noise.
