Family unit in excellent condition and the check-in person couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would have rated this Motel the best on our 6 week road trip except for the check-in staff member we had to deal with the next day.

Female receptionist on day 2 would be the rudest, most obnoxious person you would never want to meet. Unhelpful supplying an extra towel, virtually accused our daughter of wanting to steal an extra face washer, aggressively contradicted previous persons parking suggestion and was horrible to deal with in every way. We understand Management are aware of her behaviour and should do something about it. Service staff in contrast couldn't be nicer.

All of the Staff at Charles Rasp Motor Inn & Cottages were lovely, friendly and very helpful. We arrived with a camper trailer, the Receptionist was very accommodating, allowing us to park our car and camper securely on site. Our room was very clean/spotless and the bed was comfortable.

The only let down was the bathroom/shower. The shower did not have a door so the bathroom floor was covered in water from showering, leaving a very, wet bath mat and tiled floor.

Location,Comfort,Clean ,Friendly and outstanding customer service from Chloe and hats off separately to the manager as well.We stayed 2 nights and were amazed that our room was completely “housekept”with fresh towels,bathroom accessories and biscuits whilst we were away.

Was a little confused when booking room as online mentioned a bath, but there was no bath in our room. I could have brought this up with the staff but didn’t want to make more work for the staff as we were already in our room when I noticed.

Room was a little dated but nothing unexpected for a rural town in NSW. Bathroom has been recently renovated & was lovely! Bed was very comfortable & the room was clean & tidy. Parking was available for a 4WD & they were able to accommodate our camper trailer also.

Not the property’s fault or problem but we did go out & found someone parked in our designated car space when we got back. Thankfully there were plenty others available.

We were towing a boat from qld and had no idea if we could park it near our room or anywhere near the motel and off the Main Street, the lady in admin was very accommodating, she allowed us to use an area that was no longer used and we were able to back our trailer into a secure spot for the night without any hassles from other guests.. will definitely stay again

Great staff. Lovely modern bathroom.

I think that Broken Hill would have a lot of longer stay clientele, it would be good to have a bit more kitchenware available in the rooms such as chopping boards, a sharp knife, etc. We didn't have cutlery or plates either but it was easy enough to ask the lovely staff. I think the property could benefit from a communal laundry area where you can tap and pay for a wash or a dry. We had this service available in numerous other motels around Australia.

Clean and recently upgraded

No complimentary bottle water given like many other motels(especially given the tariff paid). Purchase cost of bottled water was $3.50. Way over priced given you could buy a litre of the same brand at Cole’s for 83cents!!!

Rooms were clean, bathroom was recently renovated and had great shower with hot, hot water. The Staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Happy to spend time with you discussing what the Broken Hill region has to offer.

Very good location, rooms were super clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice. Also communication from the staff for late checking in was great.

If you plan on cooking, make sure to bring a picnic set for ease.
