Good location that was easy to get to, gardens were well maintained and the room was clean. Block out curtains worked well and even though on a main road the noise wasn’t too bad. Good shower pressure and good heating. Staff were lovely and welcoming For the price I paid it was good value for a night and I would stay again.

There were no bowls or plates in the room which would have been handy to use in the microwave. Hot water was a little cool for my liking but I like very hot showers, most people would be happy with the temperature, great pressure though. An extra blanket would have been nice.

It was close to where we wanted to visit. We were able to park outside the room. We were kindly given an upgrade which meant it was on the ground level. My husband enjoyed having Netflix on the TV and I enjoyed having a swim. There was a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. Good WiFi.

There was a bit of traffic noise but it was near the main road and the bridge after all. There were no plates, bowls or cutlery other than a teaspoon, I thought that was a bit odd as a toaster etc was in the room.

A good value of money, staff was really cooperative, there was a gas BBQ area where we BBQ at evening and relaxed, multiple nearby beach spots, family rooms were at ground floor and car was parked in front of ur room which made it easy when ur with kids

The double bed size is not queen, big guys like myself can't share bed with spouse if they want to sleep comfortably, probably a personal choice, plus the sofa bed was a little dirty to use, may be ask for a clean sheet from staff

very clean, comfy room. Great location. Check-in was very easy and quick and the young lady that assisted us did a great job. Shower was great with nice hot water and plenty of it with great pressure.

Was a little noisy in the evening whilst people were moving around in upstairs rooms above us, but that settled down and didn't affect a good nights sleep. The place isn't brand new and is showing its' age so if new designer décor is your thing, this place probably isn't for you.

This place is a little gem, it has been renovated beautifully. The pool area was great with comfy recliner chairs. Comfy bed and plenty of pillows, a welcome change. Smart TV was a nice bonus. Table and chairs and lounge chairs, honestly, it was a great family room. The room was very well thought out with enough room for kids to play. It was in walking distance to a playground park for kids. The shops were a short drive away.

Our room was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area and outdoor space was nice too.

I didn’t like the parking area and that other rooms could see into our bathroom through the bathroom window if it was open and through the window gap if we had the lights on at night. So we kept the lights off in the bathroom when we had a shower or went to the toilet at night.

Everything was superb - we loved the family room, it was comfy and had everything you needed for a short stay. Staff were helpful and friendly and we loved the swimming pool. There is a wonderful restaurant just a few minutes walk away with stunning views over the water.

We were up the coast to spend time with friends. They have a campsite at Canton Beach, but we don't like camping and didn't want to buy camp gear. It was a busy weekend so we didn't think we would find anything. EG Aust day long weekend. We were pretty broke to so I was looking for good value. THis place was excellent value and I booked it even ready to not stay if we didn't go up it was that cheap. The room was very clean. Beds/ sheets, towels and i was really impressed with and particularly the bathroom. I always worry that low cost place that isn't good but in reality, it was as well maintained and clean as any hotel I have stayed in whatever budget. Yep not flashy, it is what it is, but for somewhere to lay your head when you are traveling and going to the beach etc it served the purpose well. It was very quiet and the staff were lovely at check-in. We took our own pillows as my wife was paranoid about that. We forgot them and about an hour later we had got to our friends place and my wife realised and at the same time realised we had a voicemail from them that they had got the pillows and had them at reception for us. I was surprised as that.

Location very good, it's definitely value for money. Nice big TV although it could be lowered, neck hurts after a while from looking up to watch TV

Kitchen cutlery,not enough for 2people, 1knife?,1teaspoon?,1fork?dirty used scourer!!,no dish detergent??,the couch is so uncomfortable, it is hollowed and has a board inside to support but still doesn't help. My back hurt after sitting for a while watching TV....

Location was good for what we needed

when I booked the accommodation it stated there was no breakfast option. When I was reading the booklet in to room later that night, I found out that you could actually have a breakfast option. I tried calling to organise but it was too late and no one answered the phone. I was told the next morning that it had to be organised before 8pm. This should have been listed on the website when booking.
