George was most accomadating when we wished to upgrade our room & the service lady was very kind to return my Gingerbread man Pajamas I left in the 1st room. Magnificent view over the Entrance, surpurb location in the heart of everything.

Shower heads need upgrading.

Everything. Didn't mind the view. Massive room for a studio. And the guys and girl at reception upon check-in anz check-out were very nice and helpful. It was my first time staying there. I will definitely stay there again. Loved the room . I think they did give me a free upgrade as I requested not to look into the Oaks. Yes it views over some restaurants but that didn't bother me. The room was spotless. Nothing but positive vibes. Thanks to all that made my stay nice. Appreciate you all.

The pool was tiny . Not that I didn't like it. But being a 6ft 3' guy , @120kg and mostly kids in the pool was a bit awkward for me. But when no one was in there it definitely did the job. However the beach is 5mins walk away. This si not a bad thing. Don't know why so much space on level 4. But a small pool at only 1m and 20cm deep. That's the only downfall.

The room was spacious and the property was very centrally located. Parking was convenient. We were able to mostly self contained, good kitchen set up. Laundry in room was very handy. We had a problem with our room on check in, staff sorted it out promptly without any fuss. The whole area felt very safe and family friendly.

The property, and the area surrounding it are very dated. The water view is out over the back of restaurants, with rubbish and what not spread around, this is not included in listing photos. The pool area is also not very nice, and looks much better in photos.

Location was excellent, so close to beach and shops, pool there was good. Friendly staff. It had what you needed for a beach holiday. Free parking was good.Washer and dryer available in bathroom.

Rooms abit small with no air con, standing fans available but was small with luggage extra. Kids had trouble sleeping with curtains letting in light, secondary blind needed.

We didn't have any rigid plans for our holiday, and stayed at Nesuto after booking a studio apartment online, we decided the next day to book another night and the room we were in was already booked. The manager very kindly rebooked and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor, the apartment was very nice and so spacious and a huge balcony with fantastic water views. We are extremely grateful for the upgrade and the staff were very obliging and polite, the complex is close to the water and all of the shops and eateries are in walking distance if you don't want use the apartment facilities which have everything. We highly recommend this accommodation thank you for a pleasant stay.

1. My son did have covid simptimes therefore we waited for Doctor Clearance who said it is just flue and chest infection. Unfortunately we lost a day because reception said you booked with booking.com and they can not add or refund me. We tried contacting you via email and reception but you ignored us. I am so pissed off and never ever use booking.com again. Respected company would respect customers and put contact numbers and emails 2. Broken bathroom look

Room was huge, The view was amazing, The location was perfect. For a small family of three the room was almost as big as our house! Checking in was easy and getting to the restaurants and lakeside/Beach side path was so close and easy

The pool/spa area seemed like there was construction work so was unsure if we could actually visit it as there wasn't much signage.

Was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with water views. I wasn’t told at the reception desk so it was a great surprise. Location very good. Beds comfortable and a very spacious apartment. Good washer and dryer a bonus. Great value for money.

Was situated near a fire door and lift. When people left the car park they let the door slam on their way to the lifts. Ok during the day but became very busy late at night with noisy people coming home after 12.30 am. Wouldn’t let that stop me from booking again though.

The building and style was quite dated on the outside but the rooms were lovely on the inside. A few slightly quirky features but overall a comfortable stay

We could not find the stairs to exit the hotel without going through an alarmed fire escape. We had to keep going back to the lift, which was not ideal. Some more signs or access to stairs would have been helpful

The location was great especially with work The apartment was very tidy , clean and well supplied Comfortable and clean good size fridge and Television Free wifi provided and lots of parking

A few small things the toilet seat was not fixed properly and slipped from side to side every time you used it Concerns about the vent in the bathroom and the amount of dust on it blocking and preventing it from extracking the heat and moisture from the bathroom with showering and using the drier And not sure why they have Smart TV's and you can not use them , was not able to get internet and use smart channels such as Netflix, Kayo etc...other than that everything else was great
