The staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We were truly grateful for all they did for us. The room we stayed in for majority of our stay was very well kept and comfortable. I recommend spending the extra to be in the more premium room if you are intending to spend time relaxing in your room. The staff were very patient managing food allergies and kind and welcoming with our kids. The breakfast buffet was generous and well prepared and stocked. The main facilities at the hotel were in a good state. The Vie Spa was wonderful. The team there are very talented both KristyAnne and Alaska. Exceeding our expectations.

The first room we were allocated was very run down (ripped curtains, furniture, and stove only partially operational) and not well cleaned (dust in every corner: in cupboards; stuck to ceiling, squished bug on ceiling in bedroom, dirty cup in cupboard). Small things but all together added up to us feeling quite uncomfortable in the accommodation for our first night. The outdoor pools were not heated, which wasn't clear from our reading before our stay. The indoor pool was heated so that covered our needs but we were really sad not to enjoy the glorious looking lagoon pool. However we appreciate this is only heated in the warmer months - just wish that it had been detailed in the hotel information more clearly.

Breakfast was amazing, staff always willing to help very responsive, accommodation huge and spacious and modern, the lagoon pool is so luxurious I could stay there all day. Nice to walk around streets and access to beach direct from property

Property in bad condition - curtains falling off, dirty walls floors, cupboards full of mosquitoes, tvs are very old, breakfast only allowed one tiny hot drink so there wasn’t even facilities to make a cup of tea with a teabag, not a lot of shade at pool, the entrance area is pretty grotty and felt quite unsafe so we didn’t find any nice restaurants nearby so will rather stay on the property next time.

The grounds are pretty and well-maintained, with lots of gardens and pathways to explore. The indoor pool is a great spot for doing laps, with a sauna and good changing spaces. The gym is really well equipped. The bed in our room was super comfortable. Rooms were nothing special, but there was too much to do outdoors to spend much time inside anyway. A nice walk across the dunes to the beach is worth the trek for the view. Highly recommend the Hugo cocktail from the bar during happy hour, and eating breakfast in the dining room overlooking the golf course.

The overall standard of all the facilities. I thought it could be starting to age but the maintenance has been first class

A minor point but I was a little disappointed that there was a charge for Wi Fi. Most places include this in the general rate and I don’t think the small extra charge is warranted

Relaxing, very clean, a variety of facilities accommodating any weather type. Buffet breakfast option. The resort layout. And very close to the main shop centres.

Wifi reception, balcony & patio had open timber ceilings, therefore you could not sit outside if it rained to enjoy views, villas did not have a sandwich press toaster or laundry basket. resorts restaurant took a minimum of 1 hr for food to be served or longer, and we ate there multiple times, however the food was exceptional & amazing!. Other than all of the above, it was a great experience and perfect 👌.

It’s a beautiful resort. The pools were fantastic and we had good weather so we used them every day. Magenta beach is also spectacular - great for beach walks. Overall we were very impressed with our stay. The breakfast was good - perhaps not the biggest selection of food but what was there was yummy.

Perhaps the one thing we noticed was that there were not enough bowls and plates in the villa. I also never understood why you would put carpet in the living room areas especially if this is for hotel purposes and there is lots of wear and tear happening.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The desserts were a great touch to the buffet. It was my first time at the entrance but felt like home away from home since it was not that far of a drive. The pool was easily accessible and very close to our room. The staff were lovely and very inviting. We came with family and requested that our villas were close together which Pullmans accommodated for.

Carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly still a few pieces of rubbish from the last people. The phone was in the bedroom needed to be down stairs.

The staff and food in the restaurant were brilliant for both dinner and breakfast. They went out of their way to provide a great experience.

The greeting at reception was cold and just going through the motions. The round table on our balcony was very rusty and in poor condition, rust was on the floor and hadn’t been cleaned. I went back to reception and asked for it to be replaced and she said it wasn’t possible, but will check and let me know, sure enough never heard back.

Loved the location. I loved how there were villas, made the stay feel very private. Great tennis court. Staff very nice and actioned our requests via QR code very quickly eg to bring more towels.

The restaurant (the one near the bar) wasn’t the best and left us a little dissatisfied. The chicken was very dry. If it had better food we would’ve stayed at the Pullman more but we ventured out and explored the area. Our aircon seemed to not work which wasn’t the greatest. If the villas had an additional bathroom would’ve been good, it was hard sharing one bathroom between 4 couples. A lot of turkeys (plus their poo). Would’ve wanted the poo to be cleaned up a bit more frequently as upon arrival we had poo at our door step and balcony.

Service was amazing, when I checked in staff asked about why I booked and I told them it was a weekend planned for my birthday with my family and gave a complimentary bottle of wine. They explained everything about the place, what they had to offer and things we could do. Our apartment was amazing, spacious, modern and very clean.

The weather was not great but that can't be helped and the lagoon pool was closed for maintenance but I also had been previously advised. There were other options for swimming facilities
