Loved the pool area, it was excellent. Wish the hours were a little earlier and later for opening and closing hours but that's ok. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. We will definitely come back in the future

The parking system could be slightly adjusted. It's great that there is allocated parking for every room however it's not lined up with your room. This could easily be fixed by rearranging the numbers with the corresponding rooms. We stayed for 6 nights and asked for house keeping once and the bed was not made meaning we had the same sheets for 6 nights. Not a huge deal but having previously worked in house keeping I know that it should have been done. Kitchen utensils need a bit of an update in the public cooking area. All just little suggestions, nothing major. It was a great stay.

Conveniently located; great helpful staff. So kind with my late check in and very welcoming in the morning. Generally clean; older style building, but value for money; especially if only staying for a night. Microwave & fridge provided; TV worked fine, great shower pressure, amenities. Comfortable beds (we had 3 in our room). Wasn't noisy even though on a main road. Linen was clean.

The shower drain had a strange smell, didn't last long though.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating of my family. We stayed in winter and were relieved to find that the room had heat. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. The rooms had complementary bottled water, tea, and coffee. I liked that we had assigned parking right outside our room with made it very convenient for bringing our belongings in/out. We wish we could have stayed more nights!

We have no complaints about the property.

The bed was great. Shower was hot, great water pressure and heaps of water. Not enough milk, coffee or tea, plenty of sugar. Had biscuits left as well. Couldve asked for extra I suppose. Staff were very good at check in and brought our ordered breakfast before the requested time.

Was really cold when we visited and the door of our room didnt seal properly so we had a cold draft all night. We were tucked into a corner and had to park vehicle in front of a different room. Internet was slow

This was one of the cheapest options when booking a room for one night in The Entrance, just to sleep in (we had a function to attend all afternoon and evening) so I wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room very clean with everything you need, the staff very friendly and hospitable, and a pool with a small waterslide and spa. It was cold so we didn’t swim but I know my young son would have been entertained for hours had it been warmer and us less time constrained. Very pleased with our experience overall, bed nice and comfy and they offer a free basic breakfast in the morning which is a lovely touch. Our room was right in front of this communal sitting/breakfast area so we did wake up to light chatter and talking but to be honest it didn’t bother us and we probably should of been out of bed anyway, check out was upon us! It is a cheap motel by most standards but I have to say that the owners have made an effort to keep the place clean and comfortable and seem willing to chat and help out wherever needed, not that we needed much. It was a tight park next to our room and I was touched that the staff all got up to move tables/ chairs and help direct me out when they saw I was having trouble. As someone who usually stays in large chain 4-5 star hotels I really don’t have any gripes with this place. You get what you pay for, for sure, but at this motel I feel like you get a little bit more considering it’s one of the cheapest options.

The room was excellent. It is an older style motel however the rooms have been nicely upgraded to modern facilities & decor. The bed was very comfortable. The room incudes a lounge which makes it very comfortable to relax. The pool looks to be good however we did not stay at the motel with the intention of using the pool

Parking on site could be challenging if there are a number of SUV, bus or ute type vehicles on site at the same time as the parking spaces are more suited to medium size vehicles.

A basic but very comfortable room - which is what I wanted for an overnight stop.

Office closed at 5pm. I was not informed of this when I booked the room. I arrived at 7pm and had to make 4 phone calls before I talked with someone. They were very apologetic when they answered.

Easily accessible from the main road and lit up with fairy lights to find access Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay what we needed Communication was fantastic we are so happy with our stay

Traffic road noise being on the main road took awhile to get to sleep as I am used to quieter streets off the main road

We hung the "Please clean our room" sign on the door on our way out. When we returned in the afternoon, the sign was still on the door. Nothing had been done

The pool and spa and waterslide amazing, we did not leave the motel the whole weekend 😊💯 privacy is amazing and everyone was friendly ☺️

I think we should be able to be in the pool and spa before 12 on a Saturday 🤭 other then that nothing haha 😂
