The location is the best part. We have been staying her since 2006 and always in the same rooms. We have never stayed in any of the other rooms and only ever stay with spa balcony room. Whale watching from the balcony, while in the spa is the reason we come. Superb views of new mums and their calves. The rooms are airy, great decor, comfy bedding and the staff are always so friendly and happy to give you information on what is happening local as well as reported whale sightings.

Unfortunately during the times we choose to stay, it attracts lots of bugs. Flies and other weird bugs swarming the balcony during the day, and large cockroaches at night. Makes using the spa annoying. It bothered me that the screen doors have been removed from the rooms meaning we had to have the air con on and the balcony door closed. Not wise, many people love listening to the ocean at night, and we couldn’t because we worried about bugs coming in. I’d rather fresh sea air over air conditioning any day.

The view is spectacular, and you will feel like you own the universe, especially on a full moon night. It was an amazing night, unforgettable, me and my wife enjoyed it, and its a memory that has been made untill the day we die. MUST TRY. Sea salt water is a walk buy, and it's an amazing feel to swim at early mornings like 0530 you must try as well.

The mattress on day one was faulty, but as soon as I mentioned to the amazing reception staff, problem was solved immediately, by providing me a new room Thank you staff, you do an amazing job

We loved the ocean front position and the updated modern room. The bed was very vomfortable.The attached restaurant was fabulous, serving delicious meals. We would certainly stay at the motel again.

We noticed the exterior areas of the motel could be better kept. The shade sail outside our room was hanging down obstructing the view somewhat and needed reattaching. The external walkways out side our ground floor room could be better maintained/ swept etc

This is my second stay at the Ocean Front Motel and i always have the most relaxing and beautiful time there. The location is insane, waking up to ocean front waves everyday is magnificent and being a walking distance from the ocean pools and beach, the rooms are clean and tidy, the lovely house keepers are so accommodating. I will continue to come here and recommend this place to my friends and family

Beautiful view from our room and lovely food room service from the restaurant downstairs. Lovely, welcoming lady in the reception. Comfortable beds etc.

Very strong smell of bleach when we entered our room. We had to open all the doors to air it. Could still smell it during the night and the next day so more airing of the room was necessary which wasn't good as the weather was quite cold and wet. Also, noticed a thick layer of dust and fluff, on the floor, under our beds, when we looked under our beds etc, to make sure we hadn't dropped anything on the floor, before we checked out. The phone on the side table had a lot of dust on it as well.

We stayed in the queen room with spa top floor. Just to step out on the verandah to a view of the beach was wonderful. The spa is fantastic, easy to use and is heated. Staff was helpful and friendly. It's all stairs, no lifts. They do have ground floor rooms if needed. We come here all the time for a get away and love it. Nice cafes/restaurants on the corner of Bay Rd and Toowoon Bay Rd. Also best cafe is green tangerine at long jetty, worth a visit.

Location was great. Beautiful view. Spa was great. The wall tv was absolutely the perfect size for the room. We recently stayed at Noahs on the beach in Newcastle..ocean view room...but yours was way more superior. Nice walk into the Entrance ..weather permitting.

Didn't like that the people in unit next door smoked on the balcony forcing us to close our glass door due to smell.Banging water pipes from other rooms. Detergent ..tea towel and scourer were left for guests to use to wash dishes..glasses..cups after use..but..thought it was very unhygienic that we had to do this in the bathroom sink...right next to toilet.

Reception staff greeted with a smile and were only happy to help with any questions. The room was amazing. Very modern spacious room and bed was very comfortable. Waking up to the sunrise was beautiful. The bathroom very modern and equipped with shampoos, creams ect.

Yes I’m a smoker and you have to go out of property. Maybe they can add a designated smokers area. But I’m not going to whinge as it’s a lovely Motel.

The view from my 1st floor balcony was a lovely surprise! The room and the balcony were spacious. The unit was clean and the bathroom towels were fluffy and clean. The wifi, tv and Netflix worked well. Very comfortable accommodation. The location was fantastic. 15 mins walk to The Entrance Beach and 10 mins walk the other way to Toowoon Bay. Very scenic walks. The restaurant attached to the motel serves delicious food too.
