We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with 4 adults and a toddler. We asked for a cot and it was waiting for us. From previous experience, we have to ask again for a cot or we just don't get one at all. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was everything you would want and more from wine glasses to an air fryer! Beds were comfortable and lots of extra pillows. There was a full size outdoor table on the front area which was great for outdoor seating. Reception were lovely and welcoming.

A little outdated but the space made us over look the negatives.

Lovely warm welcome from the host, was offered a room with a view over the valley, and a surpirse swimming pool. Slept well and comes with a good shower unit. I sat on the balcony with a cup of tea as the sun was rising... The location is quiet and helped with a few much needed good night's sleep.

Location is best suited for car owners not if you're on foot. You will need buses that run regularly, or expensive taxis that are readily available. The motel has a restaurant sadly under refurbishment, other options are a cafe behind the garage across the road, or a further walk 20mins to a small supermarket and shops. A small grudge the motel has no washing machine on site and nothing in easy reach that I could find.

Rooms have been renovated since our last stay which was a pleasant surprise. The beds are comfortable. The location was ideal for both visiting family and for its proximity to The Springs resort (we were attending a wedding there) The manageress was very obliging when we arrived before check-in time and allowed us access to our room. Parking space also provided. The pool is a bonus. Motel is not far from a shopping centre.

The bathroom has not been upgraded, however it was still adequate for our needs. Traffic noise noticeable at times but to be expected as situated on a busy road/intersection. The aircon dulls traffic noise so not too much of an issue.

The facilities were very attractive, clean and the staff very friendly. There are plenty of facilities outside, including a swimming pool, barbecue area, children's playground and sports areas. There's a good view towards the bay.

There is a lot of road noise. Sometimes there was the smell of cigarette smoke if we kept our outside door open. Cooking facilities are limited., suitable for short stays only I'd think. The venetian blinds didn't block out the bright lights outside very well at night. The bed was over-soft.

The lady who checked me and does the rooms was so polite,I'll stay there again,and yeah it could be a little noisy and the driveway was steep but who cares they are minor things,loved it thanks again

The couple fighting all night in the end room inside the pool area absolute trash they were but you do get those kind from time to time.

Very cost-effective, suitable for self-driving temporary accommodation, the room is very clean, and the customer service responds in a timely manner.

Close to the road, you can hear trucks passing by in the middle of the night. The parking space is very small. If you drive a large VAN, you may need certain skills to drive in/out.

although right on main road to Gosford, once you closed the door, traffic noise was gone rooms comfortable, bathroom has had an upgrade since last visit... admittedly that was about 15 years ago..

restaurant being open. you have to cross over main road, past servo to get to shops. not really a bother in good weather but a cow in the wet; it is hard to navigate the traffic flows if driving

The room was very clean, staff was very polite and friendly, you could hear road noise but the motel is located on a busy road so you would expect that.

Maybe the location, the road the motel is on is very busy and it was hard to get back on it and to turn round to get back on the freeway.

Upstairs and had get past another person sitting out on the narrow veranda. Great view. Fairly quiet. Tried to use the pool but it was locked. Didn’t know it had rained overnight. Needs some maintenance.

The location given on Maps was inaccurate and sent me around the corner where I was staring at bush. The entrance is very steep. One tradie Ute parked badly blocked the only exit overnight.

Nothing to do with the motel, but another customer didn’t like people walking past his room and, which you have too because of the layout of the hotel, so he put chairs to block people’s path
