The kitchenette in the studios had everything we needed. The two bed apartment had a full kitchen and laundry and was super spacious! We loved the vibrant colour scheme and the heated pool! Parking was easy, as was access to the property. Location is great for Terrigal beach and Erina shops. Loved that there was great coffee and a park across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful. This property was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 5 kids!

Soundproofing could be better. We heard the neighbours quite clearly coming back in the early hours.

Fresh and lovely room and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. LOved the heated pool and the poolside chairs and furniture were very clean and well maintained

I would have preferred a King size bed, I was aware it would not be a king but that did impact us as we have a king bed at home and we felt cramped in the bed- smaller bedside tables and a King bed would be my preference. The Pool towels were too small and I would have liked more than one each as after a swim in morning the towel was still wet in afternoon and while extra towels were available - i thought the extra cost was warranted as the room was not cheap. Its the little things like the towels that make a difference, and I was surprised that the glasses were not refreshed each day.

I loved the colour coordination in the entire complex. The shades of blue and white had a calming and beach effect. I also liked that the kitchenette had practically everything to prepare breakfast or lunch. However, we only showered and slept there.

The guest information book had a section under the heading Our Housekeeping, which clearly stated that between 10 am and midday, the bed will be made up and towels and amenities will be changed DAILY. We put our used towels in the bath and expected clean towels and the room to be serviced, but NO. It did not happen. Fortunately, I brought towels from home too. I made the bed up.

-Location was central enough to walk to beach and town, if you wanted to -staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble -pool was a good size for family or short lap swimming and great setting to unwinf -room with kitchenette was a decent size and well laid out. -BBQ area and facility

-Having shower over the bath so you have to step into bath to have shower gets more difficult as you get older. -the little freezer top of fridge hadn't been defrosted so didn't freeze ice overnight -having a kitchenette and cooking utensils, it would have been great for there to be a little bit if cooking oil available, either with the tea and coffee or available at reception to purchase

Very well laid out unit with comfortable bed and furniture. I had a ground floor unit with nice outdoor seating. Pool was heated and very well maintained enabling me to have a swim after a hard day's drive. Very refreshing. Complementary bottles of water and up to date appliances like TV, kettle and microwave.

The shower is in the bath which makes sense for a beach unit that can have families. As a single traveller I prefer a walk in shower.

What a gem of a place. The people there were lovely and were so friendly and professional from first contact to when we checked out. The accommodation itself was very clean, and was well equipped with everything. The heated swimming pool is a definite winner in cold weather, and the outdoor furniture is well set up for a relaxed holiday. The location is excellent, with a children's playground just across the road, and a pleasant 8 min walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and all the action. Terrigal Pacific Coastal Retreat ticks all the boxes!

The apartment was very spacious and had everything one would need. The pool was really lovely and thankfully heated so we could actually use it Location was right opposite a park which was great for littlies and great coffee in the little cafe there. Ray on reception was fantastic, her customer service is brilliant. The owner is also very nice and courteous. Approx 15 minute walk into town where there are heaps of restaurants. You can also drive but 2 hour limit in car park so walk if you can.

Sadly, where our apartment was you could hear a lot of traffic noise from the main road so was difficult to get to sleep. If I were to stay there again I would ask for an apartment at the back. The outside lights are also quite bright and as the curtains don’t quite meet, again my suggestion would be to have the outside lights dimmer at a certain time, say 8pm The only other thing I would note is again, the apartment we were in was close to the bar-b-q area and you are allowed to use that area until 9pm which again, if you have small children is a nightmare trying to get them to sleep when other guests are having late barbys. The soundproofing isn’t the best. My suggestion to the owners would be to close that area at the same time as the pool - 8pm.

Good location, not far from the main beach. The room was very clean and access to the pool was easy. Good in room facilities. Parking under the building was easy to access. Great cafe across the road with good food and good value.

Only issue which we reported was a broken seal on the door to the terrace. It didn't affect the operation of the door or the amount of noise coming through the door.

The pool was awesome - heated to 27C so the kids could have a swim in the middle of winter! Fantastic location. Great little cafe across the road with a delicious kid friendly menu and playground surrounded by nature. I loved the layout of the hotel with the pool and communal areas being central - it very conducive to group stays. I would love to return with the whole family or sporting team! This was our second visit. Great, convenient location, walking distance to city centre. Enough kitchen to do light breakfast, snacks etc. The pool area is great plus plenty of sunbeds, umbrella's, shaded spots and a BBQ area. There were several young male schoolies staying. No issue.

The bathroom is a little tight and condences up. As a female, there were no other mirrors to dry your hair and put on make-up. Despite this I would keep coming back.
