We loved the place...so beautiful natural....We had no expectations when we came to this place but loved it....its equal to going Bali and experiencing nature. Everything near to resort....very nice security staff/life guard...very friendly....

Laundry staff not welcoming...my son greeted laundry ladies 5 times....good morning...it was clear and loud greeting said it..he is 3.5 years old....they intentionally pretended to not listen and respond..they ignored his greeting and finally we took our son inside to stop him getting ignored...laundry staff were cleaning barbeque and we are in Palm villa 51...right in front of it.

The location is fantastic, right next to the beach and with pools for the kids to enjoy too.

We were disappointed that the splash pool was closed during the week whilst we were staying. Not for maintenance or anything like that, which would have been more understandable, just that they only turned it on over the weekends. My little one would have really enjoyed it and didn’t have the chance

It was clean & tidy. Most of all very peaceful & quiet. We loved the pool areas & most of all my kids loved the kid’s activities & craft & everything, games, movies, it was very throughout. The days went so slow & went by smoothly with no fuss at all. Wi-Fi wasn’t that great to get connected. They let us borrow dvd as the rain was very heavy on arrival. They also got my daughter a little gift as we were coming for her bday. So thank you so much! ❤️we appreciated it so much!

Fabulous location . Safari tent very comfortable as normally we camp.

We stayed in Safari tent 602, which had an allocated parking space. However, there were two waste skip bins beside the cars which smelt a little. You could notice this as soon as you got out of your car. There were birds galore in trees behind the bins and they were very noisy early morning. I would suggest moving the skip bins further away from the safari tents,

A fun and wonderful place for families to stay. So many great activities for families to be a part of. 2 great pools, a splash park and the beach across the road. Lots of kids riding bikes etc. It was clean and modern.

Value for money could be better. The price we paid for our accomo (playground cabin) was only $20 cheaper per night than our friend’s cabin but ours was SO much smaller. So the price discrepancy didn’t seem fair. Our cabin was so tiny that we couldn’t fit our portacot in either bedroom so our son had to sleep in the lounge room. For his daytime nap we had to put the portacot on top of the queen bed (not super safe obviously) so we could use the cabin without waking him. Fans in bedrooms are definitely needed. Water pressure and temperature for showers was hit and miss. I would love to see a water slide or two at the park too. Husband complained that the coffee wasn’t great at the cafe on site.

Our room location was the best as it was across from the park for the kids to play. Close to everything else such as the splash park, slides and other pool. Very close to everything really also across from the beach even better.

There wasn't much to not like. Being last minute tho we did pay a lot for the room. If booked in advance it would be much cheaper.

Right by the beach. On site pools and spa, small gaming parlour, lots of activities for the kids. Comfy bed, big TV, lorikeets and cockatoos on your balcony. Friendly atmosphere, friendly staff. Great customer service from the in park cafe and front desk as well as the staff on site. Awesome spot for a getaway.

That we chose to take our getaway in Winter, lol

All in one place, no need to go out at all. Staff were lovely. Mostly the facilities (those suitable for 2yo) were great! More facilities available for older kids.

Bouncy #2 out of action, room in need of upgrade, wifi didn't work, food cart ran out of food before 7pm, parking for check in was horrible.

I love the parking next to the cabin the room was amazing book the sunset loft it is so pretty and spacious my kids loved it the only thing that would be better is if there was parking near the pool we saw so much wildlife from birds to possums the go karts where a big hit and so many activities for the kids that we decided to book another night in a different cabin near the playground and that was better for the short walk to the pool this one didn't have an oven but still the same set up a bit smaller but perfect for us we can't wait to come back

Only thing that would be helpful is a sign to say how to use the stove and oven correctly and pool noodles in the spa were a little annoying overall a great holiday

Absolutely everything about this place is amazing, above all our expectations 🙌 the birds and wildlife are so friendly and tame, it made our night's stay by waking up and being greeted by the bird's. To walk out in the morning and have the birds feed from my hand and walk up my arms and on my shoulders was magical ✨

There was not a single thing to not like.
