Staff wes excellent and friendly, had a wonderful conversion with the manager. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, and the interior design is excellent. Facilities were better than I am used to, I've never been in a hotel with a private laundry before.

The pillows could be better, you had two options, soft but flat as a pancake, or taller but hard as a rock and lumpy in some spots. A soft pillow with more volume would be good, or slightly less firm pillow for the taller one. Both were at the extremes with no middle ground. Not much of a big deal, but there were a few spiders in the bathroom. But it's Australia, what can you do.

Our appartment was very clean & modern, comfortable beds, & a little kitchenette with sink, kettle, toaster, even supplied milk & breakfast cereals, for breakfast in the morning, coffee, tea, & sugar, & biscuits, everything was thought of for a very comfortable stay, Frank the owner of the property was there to greet us, lovely man, & made us feel very welcome & made sure everything was efficient for our needs. Thank you Frank for your hospitality.

There was nothing I didn’t like about property

The owner was such a friendly man! He walked us to our room and spoke to us in such a warm and welcoming manner. The room was set up in such a homely way, you couldn’t help but feel calm and relaxed. My partner and I also adored the little extra thoughtfulness that went into the details - eg. Cookies, coffee, tea, milk, cereal, chocolates all provided - it was just such a lovely experience feeling so cared for by the place. If I could rate this accomodation 11/10 I would - we will be returning!

A very warm welcome from Frank, who seemed pleased to see us and show us round. He showed us round each part of our room and was excited to show us the laundry facilities! A well appointed room, good facilities and space, very comfortable for us both. Good facilities for breakfast as well, all welcome!

The only slight issue was gaining access especially when the road was closed for building repairs in the road. Otherwise all first class.

Greeted by Frank who was very welcoming. He told us about the short cut to get to Terrigal main drag. The location was great, a very short walk to where we needed to go. The place was neat as a pin. Very impressed. Also we were provided with cereal and cookies and milk in the fridge. After recently staying overseas in similar places where nothing was provided, this was a really nice touch. I did eat the cookies too. Shower was also lovely. I will return for sure.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like.

The apartment was exceptional in terms of being self contained. Quality fittings, modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a washer & dryer (with washing powder). They have also thought of the small things as well - along with usual coffee/tea, breakfast cereal & milk was supplied as well which made getting on the road that little bit easier. The chocolate with the towel on the bed was a lovely touch as well. The host, Frank, was welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

I could not fault the accommodation.

Clean, modern refurbished rooms with everything you need. Frank was very helpful & accomodating. Unit 1 lovely spacious Q bedroom with comfortable furnishings, crisp white linen. Laundry room added bonus. Short 5 min walk from downtown Terrigal & beach. Last 150m uphill but we didn’t mind the exercise daily❤️

Steep driveway to park down into if you have a vehicle but still not a problem. Guest house is set high up but it’s just lovely. We would happily recommend this lovely holiday apartment ❤️

Super easy check in! We were met at reception and shown to our room. Room was a generous size, immaculate and had lovely decor. Tea/coffee/milk/cereal all fully stocked! Initially we were only booked to stay 1 night but ended up staying 3 or 4. The staff were super accomodating to this and were really attentive ensuring we had clean towels, enough tea/cereal etc. A quick an easy walk to Terrigal Beach for a great choice of cafes/restaurants and beautiful scenery. We felt so at home here, didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful place to stay! We had booked a basic room, but were upgraded on arrival as there had been a cancellation. We would definitely choose the apartment next time, it was super comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Short walk to the town where we had a great choice of eating places - we can recommend the Lebanese restaurant! We would definitely return if we are ever in the area again!

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

We were going to a wedding at North Avoca, fabulous location, 4 mins drive by uber to the wedding, under 10 min easy walk to Terrigal beach. Comfy bed, assortment of breakfast cereals and bikkies, fresh milk. Frank was lovely and helpful. Air con was really good.

Discovered shower gel was empty on first shower so had to get out and use what was at the vanity. The shower water pressure was great however the round taps in the renovated bathroom are a bit awkward to use, couldn't get the temp right.
